1. Knack 2
Everyone loves Knack 2. Even Videogamedunkey is calling it his favorite game. Return to the shoes of Knack. An eponymous character who can kick, punch, change the size, fight, and so much more. He’s like an all in one Swiss Army Knife with a bit of a comedic side.
The game has a mixture of SONY’s popular games such as Crash Bandicoot, God of War and a touch of Katamari. Go all-out in this action-platformer brawler experience and bask in the game’s signature style. Power up your hero, collect relics, go co-op with a friend or alone and save the world from a terrifying villain.
It’s Knack 2, baby. It’s set to release this September 5th as a PlayStation 4 Exclusive.
2. Destiny 2 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC
Step up to the plate, and play as a guardian, harnessing the power of light to fight against the galaxy's ferocious monsters. Bungie’s upcoming sequel promises to improve on the flaws of the original. Criticized for their lack of a decent campaign, Destiny 2 is finally introducing character-driven single-player mode.
Of course, their flagship multiplayer also comes with a much needed to revamp. Organize raids and Nightfall Strikes together with the improved Clan system, and receiving rewards for each other's success. With new perks and features, Destiny 2 is shaping up to become one of this year's most anticipated release, and it's coming this September 6th on the Xbox One, PS4, and finally the PC.
3. Cuphead on PC and Xbox One
Studio MDHR's ambitious run-and-gun platformer is finally reaching the shelves. Inspired by the not-so-child friendly cartoons of the early 20th century, Cuphead reintroduces the art form into the modern world as an interactive experience, complete with fully-hand drawn animations. Who would’ve thought we’re seeing this kind of style again?
Help the brothers settle a deal with the devil, and fight against an array of strange yet charming bosses in an enchanting land of magic and whimsy. While it received a few negative reviews when it was first introduced, its thankfully made better by its dedicated team of developers.
It's set to release on the PC and Xbox One this September 29th.
4. Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite on PC, PS4, and Xbox One
The fight for the infinite universe begins with CAPCOM’s latest installment of the acclaimed crossover fighting game. Meet new characters including Ghost N’ Goblins’ Firebrand, MARVEL’s Dormammu, Mega Man X, and Captain Marvel. More will be announced soon.
Instead of the regular 3 v 3 from previous titles, it’s now morphed into a 2 on 2 battle. Pick your best heroes and watch your fantasy crossovers come to life. Even the assist system received an upgrade. New features are also added including the ability to boost your stats with Infinity Stones. These upgrades will change the tide of every battle you face.
It’s about time for a new MvC game, and we can’t wait once this game releases this September 19 on the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
5. Dishonored 2: Death Of The Outsider on PC, Xbox One, and PS4
A standalone DLC after Dishonored 2’s massive success. This first-person stealth-adventure by Arkane Studios takes you to the shoes of Billie Lurk as she returns to seek revenge from the people responsible for her situation. With a sweet cybernetic upgrade, she plans to kill anyone standing her way. The series’ signature stealth abilities make a return, including the fan-favorite Daud.
This continues the story of the Dishonored franchise that sheds new light to The Outsider. There will be morally difficult choices to be made, and fun stealth experiments to take. It’s set to release this September 15 on the PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
6. Ys VIII: Lacrimosa Of Dana on PC, PS4, and PS Vita
Adol The Red is getting a new adventure for the first time after 8 years. Marooned to a cursed island, Adol and his friends must embark on a perilous quest to uncover the mysteries of the island. But the game’s biggest surprise is its new blue-haired heroine called Dana. Follow her in her very own gameplay sections.
Switch allies on the fly and adapt to the field of battle. Developed by Nihon Falcom, his eighth installment of the Ys series promises more memorable moments and unforgettable characters. It’s coming this 12 of September on the PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita.
7. Rayman Legends: Definitive Edition
It’s not a real console without Rayman. One of the highest-rated platformers of this generation is making its way to the Nintendo Switch. Docked or undocked, experience a psychedelic slash musical slash platforming adventure in Ubisoft’s iconic creatures. Travel from different worlds dive into murky depths, and jam into the game's catchy tunes.
This definitive edition offers the same thing from the other consoles, but with Switch’s Joy-Con, it offers a casual co-op experience if you want to play it with a friend. Unfortunately, there will be no-touch and motion controls to enjoy.
It’s set to release this 12 of September.
8. NBA 2K18 on PC, Xbox One, PS4, PS3, Xbox 360, and Switch
Shoot some hoops and experience 2K’s annual basketball game! This high-caliber sports game from Visual Concepts is about to show its performance on almost all consoles. Especially the PS3 and Xbox 360. Our boys Shaq and Kyrie Irving are this game’s covers. Expect enhanced game modes, tweaked physics, and improved visuals for a seemingly realistic basketball game. It’s pretty much understandable.
As for Nintendo and it’s Joy-Con, things will turn out very unique, especially with its built-in motion controls. It’s coming this September 19 on the PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Nintendo Switch.
9. Divinity Original Sin II
It’s time for a new Divinity in a world where Gods don’t exist anymore. Wield the power of the forbidden magic and venture into mystical lands. Create your own origin story, pick a race and experience a living and breathing world to discover. See how any of your actions and choices would react in its tactical turn-based combat.
The game’s been on Early Access on the PC for a long, long, time. It’s the sequel to the also popular first game which wowed thousands of RPG fans. It’s finally releasing this September 14, 2017.
10. The LEGO Ninjago Movie Videogame on PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Switch
Finally a Ninjago Console game. Directly taken from the new Ninjago movie, play as your favorite ninjas Lloyd, Jay, Kai, Cole, Zane, Nya and Master Wu to defend the beautiful city of Ninjago from the forces of evil. With LEGO’s signature humor and gameplay, expect a kid-friendly epic adventure that involves block building and simple puzzles.
Master the Ninja Arts by moving around its world via wall-running and jumping. Play with friends in its various modes or go solo. It’s coming this September 22 on the PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
11. Guild Wars 2: Path Of Fire
The second massive expansion from the acclaimed MMORPG. Tyria is facing its most dangerous threat, and it’s bound of imminent destruction. Lead your allies to hunt Balthazar, and save the world from becoming a scorched potato.
Uncover the deeper stories of Tyria and fend off the evil creatures Balthazar created. This expansion adds new mounts and class specializations so that you can explore the world of Guild Wars without fear. It’s coming this 22nd of September on the PC.
12. Total War: Warhammer II
Developed by Creative Assembly, the sequel to the award-winning RTS game hangs the very fate of the world in your hands. After a cataclysmic magical event, The Great Vortex is slowly crippling the races. Thus, they go in an all-out war to use it for their own gain.
Experience Warhammer like never before with a breathtaking new narrative and campaign that sets you out on the franchise’s beautiful continents. Each of the four races can offer a different playstyle, making you strategize in the most complex ways.
It’s about to be the biggest Warhammer game to date, and we can’t wait once it releases this 28th of September on the PC.
13. Yo-Kai Watch 2: Psychic Specters
This is the definitive Yo-Kai Watch experience. Fans of the series will be delighted to know that this version from Level 5 will add new layers of Yo-Kai fun including a new Yo-Kais to befriend, exclusive quests, new maps and an origin story of Darknyan.
Travel back in time to discover the humble beginnings of your adorable Yo-Kais. You can transfer your save files from Bony Spirits or Fleshy Souls to pick up where you left the game. If the need for challenge arises, go on its revamped Yo-Kai Watch Blasters mode for co-op fun.

14. ECHO on PC, PS4, and Xbox One

15. Project CARS 2 on PC, Xbox One, PS4
This realistic, authentic and beautiful game from Slightly Mad Studios is a trifecta of the racing genre. In this fully formed sequel, get ready to put the pedal to the metal with graphics so gorgeous and physics so accurate. Even the driving tends to be pretty stiff. For a game tested with real-life race car drivers, it’s crafted to perfection.
If you want to know the numbers, the game has over 180 cars, 35 elite brands, fully licensed and fully approved. It also offers the largest track roster on consoles, totaling to up to 20 fully scanned tracks and 60 venues for more varied racing experience.

16. Pokken Tournament Dx
The King of the Iron-- I mean, Bandai Namco’s Pokemon fighting game inspired from their very own Tekken franchise is on its way to the Switch. With over 20 playable Pokemon including new ones like Decidueye, Darkrai, Scizor, Empoleon, Croagunk and more. Master their fighting styles and dominate the arena.
With the Switch’s hardware, enjoy a refined fighting experience in portable or docked mode. Step into the battle arena and fight out what you’re made of. It’s coming this 22nd of September.
17. Utawarerumono: Mask of Truth on PS4 and PS Vita
After the events of Mask of Deception, AquaPlus’ next installment of their JRPG takes you to a world where the fate of the world hangs in the balance between a massive civil war. Friendship will be tested as you uncover the darkest secrets of the Yamato Empire.
With over 80 hours of story content, know the game’s memorable characters and plunge into the game’s dynamic turn-based combat with a blend of fast-paced action and strategic depth. It’s SRPG at its finest form. That’s not even counting the game’s rich backdrop, art style and soundtrack.

18. Tooth And Tail on PC and PS4
Lead your own band of revolutionaries in this fantastic real-time strategy game filled with flamethrowing Boars, gas-lobbing skunks, and puking owls. Pocketwatch’s little war for meat takes you to scrumptious base-building, army-leading shenanigans.
Just pick it up and play with your friends because it’s quick and easy to learn. One match usually lasts about 10-12 minutes and the replay value is exceedingly high due to its procedurally generated levels and customizable factions.
Pick your animal, and find someone to have a beef with. It’s coming this September 12 on the PC and PlayStation 4.
19. Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One
PES Production's realistic football simulator gives us another chapter of juicy football drama. This time, Barcelona, Dortmund, and Liverpool are taking center stage, and taking on the high stakes matches against the world's best football clubs.
They're also showing off their Real Touch+ that delivers an even more realistic control of the ball to give us those satisfying dribbles. Preorder the game and you'll be able to use Olympic Runner Usain Bolt as a playable character in MyClub mode.
Strike up a goal as it releases this September 12th on the PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Nintendo Switch.
20. NASCAR Heat 2 on PS4, PC, and Xbox One
Although NASCAR isn’t really for everyone, there are those who want to feel the thrill of burning rubber and curved pavements. This sequel to NASCAR Heat Evolution packs together NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series into all game modes.
On top of all that, it has local split-screen, multiplayer and an improved online experience when you’re feeling alone and want to call a friend. It’s NASCAR racing at its finest, and it’s coming to the PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One this September 12.
21. NHL ‘18 on Xbox One and PS4
EA’s annual National Hockey League game takes another slide to the ice rink. This time, make it your playground. Play offensively with new dekes such as between-the-legs shooting, one-handed dekes and more. For defense, its new Defensive Skill Stick lets you counter your enemy teams moves.
Its Franchise Mode is better than ever as you shake the league with the new Expansion Draft feature. Or when things get boring, go on a 3 on 3 arcade-inspired hockey mode with a friend.

22. Metroid Samus Returns
Before we get to taste the fantastic Metroid 4, 3DS’ Samus Returns is the closest thing we could get to quench our thirst. This Metroid adventure is rebuilt from the ground up by Mecury Steam, offering a modern generation reimagining of Samus Aran’s quest to defeat the Metroid menace.
This side-scrolling game shaped the platformer genre forever, and with Samus taking center stage once again, get ready for another alien-exterminating fun. Unlock secrets, use the game’s supported Amiibo, and enjoy the return of the beloved classic.

23. End Space
This VR game from Orange Bridge Studios takes you to the wonders of space. The Tartarus Sector is at a brink of a galactic war and they’re looking for contractors to take the fight to them. Do you have what it takes? Step inside the cockpit and fly better than the rest of your friends and enemies.
Using the power of your VR Gear, fly through intense space battles and wiping out enemies within the Tartarus sector. Use your cannons and missiles to show them who’s boss. Git gud and upgrade your weaponry to become a deadly space beast.

24. Hob on PC and PS4

Runic Games’ suspenseful game will really take you to a vast open-world packed with magic and a bit of mayhem. Use your mechanical glove-arms for traversal and combat.
It is adorable, violent, and smart. It’s set to release this 26th of September on the PC and PlayStation 4.
25. Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony on PC, PS4, and PS Vita
Spike Chunsoft’s next Danganronpa entry promises more Monokuma and psycho vibes. The game focuses on psycho cool atmosphere, offering a cool adult-like image to the usual vibes of the previous two. The Class Trials make a return but with a deep and high-speed reasoning action. This is a new Danganronpa game which means there are new characters and a new storyline.
Not much has changed with the gameplay, players will still be exploring school halls and talking to classmates. The only noticeable improvement in this entry is the way players detect lies. And that’s a big plus.
It’s coming out this September 26 on the PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita.
26. Fall Of Light
Under the cover of darkness, be Nyx, a relentless and retired warrior paving his way through crooked corridors and gloomy dungeons. With the light of your daughter beside you, fight beasts in long-forgotten temples and navigate its treacherous pathways filled with deadly traps.

27. Bad Apple Wars
Who knew a bad apple could be this good? Released in Japan last 2015, Otomate's Otome game is finally heading to North America with the help of publisher Aksys. A combination of darkness and femininity, this visual novels tackles the idea of resurrection or samsara.
After a tragic car crash, a girl finds herself as a student once again. Make a choice between a virtuous high school life with the Disciplinary Committee, or bask in the joys of rebellion with the Bad Apple Delinquents. Meet their interesting characters, and find the love of your life.
Coming to the PlayStation Vita on September 29th.
28. FIFA 18 on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Switch
One of the most awaited annual sports releases, the newest FIFA title will pack a handful of surprises. After the record-breaking win in La Liga AND the Champions League, EA has decided against another popular vote to put Cristiano Ronaldo on center stage. As for the game, they've enhanced the experience with the usual visual tweaks, and with a brand new chapter for Alex Hunter in their flagship mode, The Journey.

29. Gundam Versus
Whether you're exclusively an anime or a dedicated gunplay enthusiast, Bandai Namco's newest Gundam fighter will undoubtedly make you happy. The fifth generation of the Gundam VS series, don the famous white, blues, and reds of your favorite mobile suits and take control of the action. It's an improvement on their previous hits, with enhanced graphics and detailed destruction. Immerse yourself in their atmospheric battles, and fight against other epically proportioned robots with your missiles and laser swords.
It’s set to release on the PS4 this September 29th.
30. Battlefield 1: In The Name Of The Tsar on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One
Battlefield's second expansion for their World War 1 title. In the Name of Tsar boasts a new playable faction in the ruthless Russian Empire. Their will maps will be featured on the Eastern Front, with the empire's trademark biting winters. To add to the Russian vibe, this new expansion also marks the introduction of female characters in the form of the Russian Scout class. All that alongside the 6 new maps, 11 new weapons, as well as added gadgets and vehicles, to complete your First World War experience.
It’s set to release on the PC, PS4, and Xbox One sometime in September.
31. One Piece: Unlimited World Red Deluxe Edition
While rumors have been spreading all around, Bandai Namco has recently erased all doubt with the announcement of Unlimited World Red's imminent western release. An enhanced version of their 2013 Unlimited World Red, it includes the DLCs of the original, as well as a two-player offline multiplayer that’s expected for every Switch port.
Dive into Luffy's old world with Nintendo’s newest console, meet the beloved pirate crew, and try to escape from the clutches of the wicked Red Count. Only available in digital forms for the North Americas, it's set to release sometime this September.
32. NITE Team 4
A little tribute to the people behind the raids and heists. From their Persistent Alternate Reality Game, The Blackwatch Men, Alice and Smith brings us a story-driven hacking game that puts you on the seat of relative power. Play as an elite cyberwarfare agent tasked to extract information from top-secret agencies, and manipulate devices for the purpose of infiltration. It's more or less a puzzle game, wrapped in the signature black and greens of simulated hacking.
While the crowdfunded game is still in its alpha phase, the reviews for its demo has been positive. It's set to release on the PC this September.
