Ranking all the new PS4 and PS Vita video games released last September 2017. These are the newly-released PlayStation titles available on the Sony Store.

44 games have just received their playscore on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. Let’s check them out right now!

1. Battlefield 1: In The Name Of Tsar

Now that DICE’s Battlefront II soars among the stars, the latest expansion for Battlefield 1 takes you to the Russian landscapes. Traverse through snowy tundras, ruined battlegrounds and desolate passes in this chilling new DLC. New vehicles, new armies, and new weapons lie in store for the thrillseekers.

It receives a provisional playscore of 9.27

2. Gundam Versus

If this is not the biggest Gundam game to date, I don’t know what is. With over 90 unique mobile suits spanning from all Gundam universes, get ready to plunge yourself in hours and hours of robotic carnage. Customize your favorite mobile suit and go in a metallic battle with laser swords and heavy rifles equipped. It’s the ultimate Gundam experience.

It receives a provisional playscore of 9.16

3. Pinball FX3

Zen Studios’ latest Pinball game is the biggest of them all. Enjoy endless multiplayer match-ups, play user-generated tournaments, and enjoy pinball the Zen Studios’ way. For the first time, it’s backward compatible. You can bring out your FX2 purchases for FREE, if you have any.

4. SAMURAI SHODOWN V SPECIAL

Holy mother of gore. SNK’s eighth Samurai Shodown game gets a PlayStation 4 port. One of the finest hardcore fighting games of the classic era is finally available to the present eyes. Flex your mechanical skills with timed slashes and brutal combos.

It receives a provisional playscore of 9.16

5. Hob

An action-adventure game from Runic Games. Inspired from ThatGameCompany’s Journey, transcend into a wordless adventure where you solve intricate puzzles in a breathtaking, transformable world. Use your mechanical glove arm to carve its environment.

6. Final Fantasy IX

Y2K was a glorious year for Final Fantasy IX. Zidane and friends’ adventure goes rock-bottom as they encounter evil threatening to destroy their world. Now hitting on Sony’s platform, get ready to dive into its magical world filled with Chocobos and magic Crystals, all in high-definition.

It has a playscore of 8.93

7. Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare - Retribution

Infinity Ward’s latest DLC brings you to the heat of multiplayer supremacy. Retribution brings out the big guns with new and massive multiplayer modes called Heartland and Carnage.

Unleash your badass shooter skills in these unique game modes because this game has a provisional playscore of 8.87

8. Ys VIII: Lacrimosa Of DANA on PS4 and PS Vita

Adol The Red is getting a new adventure for the first time after 8 years. Marooned to a cursed island, Adol and his friends must embark on a perilous quest to uncover the mysteries of the island. Switch allies on the fly and adapt to the field of battle. This eighth installment of the Ys series promises more memorable moments and unforgettable characters.

It has a playscore of 8.82 on the PlayStation 4 and 8.27 on the PS Vita.

9. Destiny 2

Harness the power of light to fight against the galaxy's ferocious monsters. Bungie’s upcoming sequel improves on the flaws of the original. Criticized for their lack of a decent campaign, Destiny 2 is finally introducing character-driven single-player mode. Organize raids and Nightfall Strikes together with the improved Clan system, and receiving rewards for each other's success.

It receives a playscore of 8.78

10. Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony on PS4 and PS Vita

This is a new Danganronpa game which means there are new characters and a new storyline. Spike Chunsoft’s next Danganronpa entry promises more Monokuma and psycho vibes. The game focuses on psycho cool atmosphere, offering a cool adult-like image to the usual vibes of the previous two.

It has a playscore of 8.77 on the PlayStation 4 and a provisional of 7.59 on the PS Vita.

11. Pro Evolution Soccer 2018

Another chapter of juicy football drama from PEs Productions' and Konami's realistic football simulator. This time, Barcelona, Dortmund, and Liverpool are taking center stage, and taking on the high stakes matches against the world's best football clubs. 2018 offers Real Touch+ that delivers an even more realistic control of the ball to give us those satisfying dribbles.

It receives a playscore of 8.70

12. FIFA 18

the newest FIFA title will pack a handful of surprises. After the record-breaking win in La Liga AND the Champions League, EA has decided against another popular vote to put Cristiano Ronaldo on center stage. 2018 comes with new visual tweaks, and with a brand new chapter for Alex Hunter in their flagship mode, The Journey.

It receives a playscore 8.65

13. Nioh: Bloodshed’s End

The next and final add-on to Team Ninja’s Souls-like game takes you once again to the gritty world of demonized Japan. This last DLC offers more bosses to fight and locales to visit. Unfortunately, it’s time for the developers to move on and focus on their future games. The good news is, this DLC is great and a Complete Edition is coming to the PC.

It receives a provisional playscore of 8.58

14. NBA 2K18

This high-caliber sports game is about to show its performance on almost all consoles. Our boys Shaq and Kyrie Irving are this game’s covers. Visual Concepts' 2K18 comes with enhanced game modes, tweaked physics, and improved visuals for a seemingly realistic basketball game. It’s pretty much understandable for a new title.

It receives a playscore of 8.57

15. Happy Dungeons

Brave perilous dungeons in this free to play RPG from Toylogic. Gather your team of 4 people and roll treacherous caverns, forests, and temples to gain loot and defeat bosses. The game features a lighthearted story, charming characters, and atmospheric dungeons. Why crawl when you can roll?

It has a provisional playscore of 8.56

16. Dishonored: Death Of An Outsider

Bethesda’s latest story add-on to their Dishonored sequel doesn’t take you to the shoes of Corvo or Emily. Instead, fulfill the mission of Billie Lurk and Daud as they find a way to kill the Outsider. Use their powerful supernatural abilities and the game’s enhanced stealth mechanics.

Make your own choices, because this game has a provisional playscore of 8.55

17. Ruiner

Navigate through a cyberpunk dystopia in this brutal action-shooter. Be a wired psychopath on the hunt for the corrupt in Rengkok’s decrepit buildings. Use your augmented abilities to take down enemies in stylish, gory action. Accompanying your difficult carnage is its upbeat soundtrack that dazzles your insanity.

It has a playscore of 8.44

18. XCOM 2: War Of The Chosen

The latest expansion of Firaxis’ XCOM sequel brings you three new alien champions and soldier classes to the fray. Unleash their devastating skillsets to dominate the enemy team such as an assassin with brutal close-quarter capabilities and a Reaper Class with stealth. New threats will also creep around the battle called the Lost and they will ravage anything in its path.

It’s a good addition to the XCOM sequel with a provisional playscore of 8.39

19. Tooth And Tail

Lead your own band of revolutionaries in this frenetic real-time strategy game filled with flamethrowing Boars, gas-lobbing skunks, and puking owls. Pocketwatch’s little war for meat takes you to scrumptious base-building, army-leading shenanigans.

It has a playscore of 8.35

20. Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash

Bye, Overwatch and other renowned shooters out there. Looks like this game from Tamsoft will keep you soaked for a while. Combining partial nudity and the modern third-person shooter, experience a PS4 exclusive like no other. Pick your favorite lady and try not to bare it all out on screen. Oh, and make sure your parents aren’t around.

It receives a playscore of 8.17

21. NBA Live 18

EA is gearing up to take back their crown against 2K’s. Experience their newest story mode called The One, create your own basketball star and earn respect on the hardwood floors of big stadiums, to the concrete grounds of street basketball. Prepare for some epic collisions, both in-game and out.

It has a playscore of 8.12

22. Project CARS 2

The most realistic racing game from Slightly Mad Studios’ gets a grand sequel. This game was tested by real-life racers, which makes the physics heavily accurate and worth playing. For hardcore racing enthusiasts, this is the right game for you. Pump it up with new cars, new racetracks and new modes.

It has a playscore of 7.98

23. NASCAR Heat 2

Smell the burning rubber and experience new thrills in this sequel to NASCAR Heat. This combines NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity, and NASCAR Camping World Truck Series into each of their game modes. Apparently, it suffered from mixed reviews due to its lackluster polish.

It has a playscore of 7.87

24. NHL 18

The latest ice hockey simulation from EA hits the PlayStation 4 with a fresh new model, but it doesn’t cool up the game’s glaring concerns. Nevertheless, it’s a worthy entry to the NHL game series and features a ton of improvements with its balance and a few gameplay tweaks.

It has a playscore of 7.85

25. Rabi-Ribi

Just like Steam, the PS4 is also home to some new anime games with female protagonists. Developed by CreSpirit, this one mixes 2D sidescrolling with bullet-hell shenanigans. Control these adorable rabbit girls as they explore retro worlds and solve the curse that changed their lives.

It has a provisional playscore of 7.67

26. Minecraft: Story Mode Season Two - Episode 3: Jailhouse Block

Jesse and the gang face an even greater threat in this second season of Telltale's voxel misadventures. Help Jesse and friends escape from a mysterious prison. It’s their shortest tale yet, but it packs their trademark laughs and difficult choices.

It has a provisional playscore of 7.67

27. Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite

The return of the iconic crossover fighting game from Capcom boasts infinite number of possibilities. Featuring a new roster of heroes, get ready for some colorful cel-shaded powerplay with two massive companies. Make your fantasy fight come alive and harness the power of the Infinity Stones.

It receives a playscore of 7.64

28. Mary Skelter: Nightmares

Make it out alive from this living prison. This dungeon-crawler from Idea Factory was made for the PS Vita. Use the environmental effects of its world and avoid the creeping evil that haunts beneath the shadows. Engage in a variety of combat options in its turn-based mode including stat transformations, class changes and a unique blood system.

Satisfy the prison’s desires because this game has a provisional playscore of 7.36

29. The LEGO Ninjago Movie Video Game

Directly taken from the new Ninjago movie, play as your favorite ninjas Lloyd, Jay, Kai, Cole, Zane, Nya and Master Wu to defend the beautiful city of Ninjago from the forces of evil. With LEGO’s signature humor and gameplay, expect a kid-friendly epic adventure that involves block building and simple puzzles.

It receives a provisional playscore of 7.29

30. Utawarerumono: Mask of Truth

AquaPlus’ next installment of their JRPG takes you to a world where it’s fate hangs in the balance between a massive civil war. With over 80 hours of story content, know the game’s memorable characters and plunge into the game’s dynamic turn-based combat with a blend of fast-paced action and strategic depth.

It receives a provisional playscore of 7.08

31. Knack 2

A sequel to PlayStation’s Knack. Go all-out in this action-platformer brawler experience and bask in the game’s signature style. Power up your hero, collect relics, go co-op with a friend or alone and save the world from a terrifying villain.

It has a provisional playscore of 7.01

32. The Lost Bear

Step inside an immersive hand-drawn world from Odd Bug Studios. It’s a cinematic 2D platformer exclusive for the PlayStation VR. Set in a 3D diorama, inspired by puppet show theatres. Control a young girl named Walnut who sets out to rescue her teddy bear and bring her back home.

It has a provisional playscore of 6.98

33. Songbringer

Roam around a perilous Legend of Zelda-like world, with the roguelike cliche of permanent death and procedurally generated worlds of your own devising. It’s one of the many games that successfully reached their Kickstarter funding and I guess it didn’t quite please some other gamers.

It receives a provisional playscore of 6.88

34. WRC 7 FIA World Rally Championship

Recreate the victories of this year's World Rally Championship with WRC's latest title. Competing for gold against the newcomer Dirt Rally, it delivers the joys of rally racing with the 55 official teams, and a large selection of cars from today's premier manufacturers.

It receives a provisional playscore of 6.86

35. DreamWorks Voltron VR Chronicles

This epic, intergalactic adventure from Digital Domain might have won us with its iconic characters and story, but it certainly didn’t live up to its VR expectations. Solve interactive puzzles along the way and battle evil Zarkons in this mediocre virtual reality experience.

It receives a provisional playscore of 6.73

36. Time Recoil

If Superhot was a game where time moves when you move, Time Recoil lets you slow downtime when you kill. Unleash your cosmic time-bending abilities in this top-down shooter. Its difficulty may be a tad bit complicated, but it’s always worth the challenge.

It suffers from negative reviews so far, but it gains a provisional playscore of 6.73

37. Baja: Edge Of Control HD

Carefully remastered from the original 2008 Off-Road Racer. THQ Nordic brings out their classic game to the PlayStation 4. Consisting of more than 1,000 miles of thick mud, tough terrains and steepest mountains, it’s a definitive experience. Equip it with PS4 Pro’s 4K support, then you’re in for a treat.

It has a provisional playscore of 6.72

38. Blue Reflection

Help Hinako Shirai overcome her foot injury and fight against the terrifying monsters of the night. This is the final game in the Beautiful Girls Project. Step into her world as you attend school by day, and explore other worlds by night.

It receives a provisional playscore of 6.65

39. Senko no Ronde 2

A fast-paced one-on-one action game that mixes unlikely genres: shoot ‘em up, bullet hell, mech, and anime. With these elements combined, you get an obscure experience that still packs a mean punch. It may not be for everyone due to its little following, but it’s worth check if you’re in it for some anime fun.

It receives a provisional playscore of 6.56

40. Maize

A first-person adventure of comedic proportions. What happens when you misinterpret a memo from the United States? Voila, you get a sentient corn in return. Explore a breathtaking world and uncover the deeper mysteries by solving puzzles.

It’s a silly game, and it receives a provisional playscore of 6.49

41. Hidden Dragon: Legend

Oasis Games’ Chinese product makes its way to the PlayStation 4. Bringing the 2.5D wonders of the classic era, go on a rampage in sidescrolling action. Slice and dice your way across multiple levels and do it with acrobatic style.

It’s a simple game and it receives a provisional playscore of 5.91

42. Don’t Knock Twice

From its direct movie tie-in that flopped so hard, step inside a haunted manor and go in search for your estranged daughter. It's a highly interactive game that lets you use, control, and investigate the many objects sprawled around the grand mansion.

It receives a provisional playscore of 5.86

43. The Solus Project

An exploration game powered by the Unreal Engine 4. With the use of your PlayStation VR, survive your way into a hostile foreign planet and solve the looming mystery that lies in it. But be careful, your main character is the last living hope since Earth’s downfall.

It receives a provisional playscore of 5.82

44. Drive Girls

Of course, the Vita is always home for the weird anime games with smoking hot girls. In this one from Aksys Games, control a bunch of automobile-transforming chicks and make your way through waves and waves of infested streets with the use of your abilities. Burn rubber in its high-octane missions, and get ready to be a bit disappointed.
