If you like arma 3 but do not like how clunky and buggy it can be, then squad is the perfect game for you. It just was dropped as full version 1.0 and they have 7 or so factions and massive pvp battles that feel like you are really there this is one of the most immersive shooters that I have played. There is a big squad community and you can look for mil sim squads or just play on the open public servers and you cant go wrong.
