In traditional FromSoftware fashion, I went into this game blind with only a vague idea as to what was going on lore wise. However, this doesn’t take away from the fact that Armored Core 6 is an addicting experience. The fact that you can build mechs And tailor each individual component to your style of gameplay only adds to the replay value.

Much like previous FromSoft games, it’s a difficult experience, but a rewarding one too. AC6 doesn’t hold your hand every step of the way, but forces you to experiment with different builds in order to dominate the battlefield.

I also can’t stop praising the customization features for your mechs. The ability to create custom decals and share them with other players via downloadable codes is just awesome. I spent much of my playtime blasting enemies in an Armored Core covered in Pochita and Bloodborne decals.

Get in The Robot, 621

Armored Core VI nails it for mech fans! Customization is off the charts—you can tweak your mech to your liking without spending extra. It's a throwback to the glory days of PS2, but with all the shiny new-gen polish. Loads of content, zero bugs, and gameplay that keeps you coming back for more. The mech movement is slick, and FromSoftware proves again that they don't miss. It's a must-play for anyone who loves a good mech throwdown.

Mech Revolution

This is the closest you'll ever be to becoming a Gundam pilot.

I haven't played previous AC games so it took me a while to get the hang of the game's mechanics. It was, honestly, frustrating at the get go. But it awakened the competitive side of me so I kept on. Late into the 2nd chapter, it started to become really fun.

Customizing my mech was probably one of the more fun aspects of the game. Repeatedly dying and eventually killing the boss is another.

What can I say... it's just fun!

Today, I finally finished the story... after **60 HOURS!** I, however, don't think I have the patience to go through all of it again.

It's fun

Oh man. The memories I had with playing Armored Core back then in the PS1. Climbing the arena ladder in Masters of Arena is by far one of the best moments I had in Armored Core MoA. Truly a beautiful moment.

But this AC. This is kinda meh.

I hate to say it. But Armored Core 6 is mediocre.

Yes it has the engaging combat, the controls are fluid, the music is impressive in the right moments but it just feels hollow.

I don't know but maybe I've grown off from this mech series without realizing it until I got my hands to its latest game.

Maybe my nostalgia fooled me into thinking that this game would provide me the same feelings I had in playing AC for the first time.

That could be true. Who knows.
But what I do know is that after beating the game (got the bad ending who cares), I didn't want to go for the new game plus mode. I just didn't felt like going for a second round. Because, like I said. It felt mediocre. It felt like a chore.

So many people complained about the difficulty spike. What spike? The game was easy to mid in terms of difficulty. Its tough if you expect to go through the game using a specific build without constantly customizing your mech. This has been a staple in all AC games.

To the people who complained about the difficulty, all I can say is GET FILTERED!

All in all, if you enjoyed the AC games of the past, give this a go. I still don't think this tops off AC MoA but its good enough to waste a couple of hours.
