4. Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove

From one of the most beloved developers in the indie' circles. Yacht Club Games' platforming series has its roots on Kickstarter, showing off the meticulous detail of their 8bit world through the eyes of their shovel wielding knight. Now, contained in this Treasure Trove edition is the complete knightly experience, from Shovel Knight to the dark Specter of Torment. One of the most interesting 2D platformers in the market, play alongside a palette-switched friend and run through the Shovel Knight storyline on steroids.

3. Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze
