Evolution: The Video Game is an excellent adaptation of a board game of the same name. There are different game modes to keep you entertained as well as online gameplay for when you’re feeling confident enough to take on other players. The board is beautifully designed with fun animations and sounds as well as music. Dozens of different cards and traits are available, so gameplay never gets stale – it is simply a relaxing and entertaining way to spend several hours. Grab Evolution if you love board games and are looking for a new fantastic challenge.
Evolution: The Video Game is an example of a board game to video game conversion done right; it's a faithful reproduction that will likely do wonders to further your grasp of the core game if you're already a fan of the board game version, just be warned that it's feature-light, both from a campaign and online perspective.
The board game version of Evolution has evolved into a fun, strategic and streamlined digital game. We are still finding new ways to create the ultimate apex species and seeing as though the board game has gotten a few expansions, it is likely the digital version will also see a few updates in the future.
