Outer Wilds

Oh my God this game.

I cannot describe everything I love about this game.

Every aspect of Outer Wilds with exception of maybe the movement, is a 10/10 to me. The story is masterfully crafted, the puzzles are hard to figure out but fair, I made it through the game only having to look up the solution to one puzzle. The environments are a masterclass in environmental story telling and they are beautiful, terrifying, sad and everything in-between.

This game is best enjoyed when you know nothing about it, which makes it kind of hard to make an informed decision on whether you should buy it or not. **You should**. Especially if you like games like Shadow of the Colossus, Journey, Kentucky Route Zero, or (Oddly enough) Portal 2. The game is about exploring a miniature solar system, flying from planet to planet deciphering the history and actions of an ancient alien race in hopes of discovering the origin of a mysterious signal from deep space _and_ saving your home world. That's about all you can know without ruining the base level of ignorance needed to enjoy the game to its fullest. The game throws a few curveballs that change the game mechanics in a drastic way, but I'll let you discover those on your own if you buy the game.

Of course this game wont be for everybody, a 10/10 is completely subjective. _But_ I think even looking at this game from an objective standpoint its still intricately and lovingly crafted indie game that is most definitely worth its price.

(Note: This game was so good I sent a thank you E-mail to the devs to let them know what a good job they'd done.)

My favorite game ever made (Probably)

Outer Wilds is an absolute masterpiece that truly transcends the boundaries of a traditional video game. From the moment you begin your journey as an astronaut exploring the mysterious depths of space, you are enveloped in a sense of wonder and awe that is unparalleled in the gaming world.

What sets Outer Wilds apart from other games is its incredible attention to detail and immersive world-building. Every planet and location you visit feels alive and unique, with its own distinct character and story to tell. The game's non-linear structure also allows players to explore and discover at their own pace, giving them the freedom to fully immerse themselves in the experience.

But what truly makes Outer Wilds a masterpiece is its powerful and emotional story, which tackles themes of exploration, discovery, and self-discovery in a way that is both thought-provoking and deeply moving. The game's ending is particularly poignant and will stay with you long after you've finished playing.

In short, Outer Wilds is more than just a game – it is a work of art that will leave a lasting impact on anyone who plays it. It is a must-play for anyone who loves storytelling, exploration, and unique gaming experiences. I cannot recommend it enough.
