I remembered just how much my friends would not stop telling me to get this game. That it will be the "Diablo-Killer".

Sadly, no. It isn't. And perhaps even after multiple updates, it still wont take the throne of being the most "popular" and fun ARPG out there.

Path of Exile currently, to me, holds that title.

But enough of that. Let's go over the pros and cons of this game.

PROS:

1. A mix between Diablo and Path of Exile. It has the simplicity of Diablo 4 (controls) but has some complexity of Path of Exile (Passives and Skills).
2. Time travel concept is kinda cool.

3. 3 subclasses from 5 main classes to work with opens up more re-playability.
4. Decent challenge. Some bosses can drain your life really fast.

CONS:

1. Spawning enemies. Imagine clearing half a map and need to fast travel to sell some loot to open up more space on your inventory. After heading back to town, selling your loot, and going back to your half-cleared map, enemies spawn back. This can be infuriating.
2. Lame boring story and lame boring NPCs.
3. Crafting is kinda...dull.
4. The graphic designs remind me of an old game called Kingdoms of Amalur. It has that vibrant colorful tint to it. Sadly, I'm not a fan of it.

Do I recommend it? Nah.
I'd suggest you wait for more updates. Or get it on sale if you really are itching for a ARPG to play.

Is this the "Diablo Killer" ? Nope. Not yet.

fantastic game, great graphics, a lot to discover with the skill tree, still a beta.
