Worst game in the far cry franchise. No story, nothing. You just start off without any proper cutscene. Gameplay is also bad, mini map not available and bullets don't damage enemy sometimes. Do not buy this game at any cost.

When you think about the Far cry series, everyone believe the third one is epic. What most people don't realise is the amount of realism and atmosphere Far cry 2 provided. Far cry 2 takes place in Africa, the setting and atmosphere were so realistic. The combat in this game is one of the thrilling experience you can have, the weapon jamming, the sudden crossfire were implemented well. The finding the diamond collectable was hard hard but the rewards were worth it. You meet companions who can come to your aid in certain emergency situations. It felt like beautiful implementation. You have watch out forest fires, malaria which made the environment more real. The story felt great. This game was misunderstood, people didn't like it's pace but tbh the slower pacing makes this game great. It is vastly different from the newer games in the series and should provide a unique experience.

Far Cry 2

Matar ou morrer, eis a questão.

Far Cry® 2 is a true open-world FPS where every decision you make affects the outcome of the game. The first sequel to the award-winning franchise takes you to one of the most beautiful and hostile environments in the world - AFRICA. You are a gun for hire, trapped in a war-torn African state, stricken with malaria and forced to make deals with corrupt warlords. Your mission is to hunt down and kill The Jackal. This evil arms dealer has been perpetuating this conflict for years, wreaking havoc on the land an all of its innocent people. Run, swim, drive, fly, shoot, fight and smash your way through over 50km² of open world. Beware though, sometimes the hunter can become the hunted.
