STORY:
The three greatest martial arts masters have been kidnapped and Dr Disaster and his henchmen have trapped them in different historical eras.

The Ninja Kidz are the only ones able to cross the time vortex and use their abilities to rescue them and preserve the path of the ninja. Travel through time, from the Jurassic period to the future, to find and rescue the three martial arts masters.

Enter the tricky pixel art dungeons of Betomis, where you’ll need to carefully observe and explore your surroundings in order to escape! Betomis is a retro 2D action platformer where each chamber of the sprawling dungeon is a single screen of environmental puzzling. Light is limited. Weapons are scarce. But deadly hazards are aplenty, from spikes and spinning saw blades to creatures and carnivorous plants!

Take the role of a valiant knight as you creep through the corners of each maze-like dungeon, picking up an axe and shield to defeat foes that stand in your way, hopping on the heads of monsters when you’re disarmed and locating keys to open the door to the next chamber, each more challenging than the one before. Play as each of the four unique mail carriers and swap characters to unlock their unique abilities. Paperman, our titular hero, throws letters as projectiles and can teleport short distances. The final member of the team is Carl, the strongest box of the bunch, he delivers the heaviest parcels with great care!

Find the missing letters across 3 completely different worlds. Your first destination will take you to a tropical island full of statues, here you will discover why it is called the Manyfaced Island. Next, travel to the desert and explore pyramids in the Valley of Sand. The third world, Winding Peak, will really put all your skills to the test. Here you will encounter many parkour platforms which will require the right character to reach your destination.

FIND THE LOST MAIL
Explore each world and try to find the golden letters. Some locations will be unreachable by certain characters and will require a different skillset for you to find all secrets!

Every world has optional letters for you to find and even unique items for each character! In a true collectathon adventure, you will need to explore every corner of the world to find all collectibles!

DRIVE A STOR INSPIRED BY MYTHS
The story of RIN, her siblings, and their Creator, the Teller of Tales, was inspired by the well-known ancient myth about Cronus and his conflict with his children. It also touches upon the overall passing of gods who must be replaced by new gods. The creation myths seemed to match perfectly Metroidvania's dark fairy tale - no trace of man, but the importance of magic. An important motif and another layer of the script is the conflict between being obedient to authority - the father (the Creator) or freedom - the free will and responsibility for oneself and one's decisions. The story offers three possible endings based on your choices.

REKINDLE YOUR MAGIC
There are 18 elemental spells from three categories: attack (10), defense (5), and utility (3). The spells are created of Aspects of Magic (5) and Spell Patterns. Then, they can be enchanted with a currency by Lesser Runes (adding more damage) or upgraded by an upgrade scheme and Great Runes (changing the effect). The quick slot allows assigning 3 spells at a time but gives an option to quickly swap to another spell set. Mathematically, considering the combination of Lesser Runes, Great Runes, and Upgrades, there are as many as 7776 spells variants. As you progress, the spells can be disassembled in order to use the aspects components for another assembly.

FIGHT DEADLY MONSTERS AND BOSSES
On your exploration journey, you will fight many small creatures formed from their locations such as Slimes, Mosquitoes, but also bigger creepy beasts like Rats or Spitting Plants. The main fights though, will not only require a neat set of spells and skills but most importantly the decisions to take based on your will. As RIN, the sixth child of the Creator, you will confront five bosses - your unknown siblings.
