Mobile Game Evil Hunter Tycoon Celebrates 6 Million Downloads

Independent Korean game developer Super Planet is in a festive mood. Its popular mobile RPG Evil Hunter Tycoon celebrates not just one, but two milestones this year.

As of February 10, the town simulation game recorded over 6 million downloads, Super Planet reported. hit the 4-million mark in worldwide downloads last August 2021, or a year and a half ago.

Developers attributed its latest success to continually providing players with new updates and content. Evil Hunter Tycoon has become a leader in the indie game industry by introducing constant updates and contents, they wrote in a statement.

Super Planet also gave several tips on how players can enjoy the game more. These included maximizing explorations even offline, and learning skills at the Academy to earn more gold.

The Korean game studio will also mark Evil Hunter Tycoon's third anniversary this March. Events and updates await players in line with the twin celebrations, such as a special coupon giveaway. The special coupon grants players to 6 Town Chief's Treasure Chests, said Super Planet.

A new challenge awaits eager players who want to score three Arcane Hunter Invitations and 200 Gems. All they had to is accomplish a screenshot challenge. In it, they need to capture an in-game screenshot of a number between 600 and 699.

Super Planet also announced they would release a Valentine's Day Screenshot Event. They will reveal more details about this and other treats on their official Discord and YouTube channels.

Evil Hunter Tycoon> first launched in March 2020. The idle adventure game, illustrated in pixel art style, garnered positive reviews upon release. It received a playscore of 8.2 on Android and 8.4 on iOS. / ###
