This DLC was amazing and should have been the actual game instead of what we got. Aiden is a serious bloke while Wrench is the charismatic funny guy. The Larson storyline was very intriguing and kept the suspense intact till the pay off. This is a prequel so if you are gonna play the game, play this one first and then the base game as either Wrench or Aiden, the game will become twice as more fun rather than a random NPC.

This should have been the actual game

It’s totally awesome to have Aiden Pearce back in Watch Dogs! I loved Watch Dogs #1- the best out of the series. It’s also great to have Wrench back from WD2. This is a better approach to a story than the main game. Having one or two key people instead of playing as anyone really makes the game & story better. You actually care about the characters. The missions are pretty interesting. They give you something different from the main game. My main critique is that it’s too short. I would have liked to have seen 10-15 hours for the main story. But it’s a DLC- so we take what we can get. You can also then play as Aiden or Wrench in the main game if you buy the full Season Pass. This was a great tie in to the past in the series & I’m glad I spent the money to be able to play this. Definitely recommend.

Both Aiden and Wrench are playable during Bloodline’s story, and with the Season Pass or an in-game purchase, they can be added to your DedSec Resistance in the main campaign or in the Online mode. Each also comes with new abilities: Aiden can aim in slow-mo after a takedown, gets a damage buff with a well-timed reload, or disable nearby electronics with a System Crash. Wrench – in addition to an MPX SMG and LTL grenade launcher, both with custom skins – carries a big custom hammer named Lady Smash, deploys mini flashbangs called Ninja Balls, and can summon a custom drone named Sergei.
