Among Us!

This game,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, is like soooo good and also good for beginners who wanna just enjoy murder mystery. And also you can play it with friends too,, this option of playing with friends is just so awesome that everybody has to give it a try ,,,,, at least once!!!!

Well in this game you have to do tasks while the imposter a.k.a the murderer is trying to kill you,,, and if the imposter kills all the crewmates (who do the tasks) then the imposter wins. But if the crewmates complete all their tasks then they will win or if they vote out the imposter.

Amogus (contains Spoilers)

The game cost £3.29 (at the time of writing) and was a really well put together port from the OC version. It hosts a lot of new features like a points system and the ability to select pre-made chat phrases (especially handy with the playstation controller). There are also trophies now for those who like trophy-hunting so a fairly cheap way to get some extra trophies if that's what floats your boat.

The fact it's cross platform definitely helps and is especially fun with friends.

Highly reccomend

Decent Port with new features

This game is brilliant, the only reason I disliked the game was the player base and how this game became a meme and people saying "sus" and "sussy baka", it's so cringey and weird.

I started playing this game at the start of 2020, before the game became so popular.

Among us is a multiplayer game where there is an imposter and the rest are crewmates, the crewmates's job is to finish all their task and when all the crewmates finish their task, they win. While the imposter's job is so prevent them from finishing all their task by killing them. And when a crewmate sees a body, they can report it themself. When reported, everybody will go into a emergency meeting and discuss who's the imposter and why do they think it's him/her.

Each crewmate has a different colour, and people can decided to kick the player out by voting during the emergency meeting.

The imposter can use vents and travel around the maps, only imposter and vent, not crewmates and that is one advantage in searching for the imposter, if someone sees someone else venting, it means the person who vented is the imposter.

There are many ways of guessing who's the imposter.

* Follow them and see if they do any task, if they don't do any task, it usually means they are the imposter as only crewmates can do task, not the imposter.
* If you see someone running from a room and if you go into the room and see a body, it usually means the person who ran away was the imposter.
* If they immediately say that "person" is the imposter without any reasoning, they might be the imposter?

Be careful, as a lot of people tend to team up with the imposter. Especially cheaters.

There are 14 different types of colour in among us so far.

*   Red
*   Blue
*   Green
*   Yellow
*   Orange
*   Black
*   White
*   Purple
*   Cyan
*   Brown
*   Lime
* Fortegreen (Named after developer ForteBass)
* Tan (removed from the game due to close resemblance with Brown/Orange/White)

**Task:** what i really like about this game, other than the maps, is the task, it's soo easy but fun to do, but after doing the same task over and over again, it gets very boring fast.

There are a lot of maps beginning to be added to the game and with that, new gamemodes are added. Like more imposters, more players and even the community are uploading mods.

With mods, there are different powers and abilities the imposter and do, with mods, you can add anything, with different roles with different abilities and other stuff you could play with.

The game received many awards, with 2020's best multiplayer and other awards.

This game probably won't die in the next 3 years or so, there are modders and the devs updates the game once in a while.

There are a lot of pets, which are only obtainable by buying using real life money, and it doesn't do anything but follow you around the map while playing. Customizable in the game isn't a lot, but you can be what you want with the little stuff in the game.

Here's the entire wiki page of the game's description:

_Among Us_ is a [multiplayer game](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multiplayer_video_game) for four to fifteen players.Up to three players are randomly chosen to be the impostor(s) each round. A round can take place on one of four [maps](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Level_(video_games)): a spaceship called "The Skeld"; a headquarters building called "MIRA HQ"; a planet base called "Polus";[\[10\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Among_Us#cite_note-:6-14) or "The Airship", which is based on Innersloth's _Henry Stickmin_ series.[\[11\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Among_Us#cite_note-:31-15)[\[12\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Among_Us#cite_note-:32-16)

At the start of the game, Crewmates are assigned "tasks" to complete around the map in the form of [minigames](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minigame), consisting of maintenance work on vital systems such as fixing wires and downloading data.Impostors are given a fake list of tasks to blend in with Crewmates. However, they cannot legitimately perform tasks. Impostors can sabotage vital systems (such as the ship's oxygen supply), covertly travel through vents, and work with other Impostors to kill Crewmates. If a player dies, they become a ghost. Ghosts can pass through walls, spectate other players, and chat with other ghosts. Living players have a [limited cone of vision](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fog_of_war#In_video_games),[\[15\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Among_Us#cite_note-:5-19) but ghosts do not have this limitation.

Ghosts help their living teammates by completing their tasks (as a Crewmate) or performing sabotages (as an Impostor). The Impostors win when they kill enough Crewmates to be equal in number, or when the Crewmates fail to resolve a major sabotage. The Crewmates win by completing all tasks, or by identifying and ejecting all Impostors.[\[](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Among_Us#cite_note-:6-14) Games can also end by players quitting the match if doing so fulfills any win condition (if a crewmate quits the game, their tasks are automatically considered completed).

To help the Crewmates identify Impostors, there are various surveillance systems on each map, such as security cameras system on The Skeld, a doorlog in MIRA HQ, and a vitals indicator in Polus. Crewmates may also confirm their identity through visual tasks, which cannot be faked by Impostors.Any living player may call a group meeting by reporting a dead body, or by pressing the Emergency Meeting button at any time (except during major sabotages, when Emergency Meetings cannot be called, but dead bodies can still be reported).+

During a meeting, players discuss who they believe is an Impostor based on the available evidence. A plurality vote is held, and the chosen player is ejected from the map and they become a ghost. Players can communicate in a [text chat](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Online_chat),but only during meetings, and only if they are alive (though ghosts can speak with one another at any time).[\[10\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Among_Us#cite_note-:6-14)[\[14\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Among_Us#cite_note-:2-18)[\[15\]](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Among_Us#cite_note-:5-19) While the game does not have a built-in [voice chat](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voice_chat_in_online_gaming) system, it is common for players to use external programs such as [Discord](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discord_(software)).

In each game's lobby, various options can be adjusted to customize aspects of gameplay, such as player movement speed, the allowed number of emergency meetings, number of tasks, if there will be visual tasks, or whether or not an impostor is revealed after being voted off.There are also many cosmetic options, including spacesuit colors, [skins](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skin_(video_gaming)), hats, and pets, some of which are paid [downloadable content](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Downloadable_content).

You can make alot of friends because of this game, joining people's discord and basically chatting and having fun while doing so.

While for mobiles, the game is free and for pc, it's paid. While PC can mod while mobiles can't. There's a lot of cheaters in the game, ruining the fun and basically just cheating and killing everybody at the start of the game.

Watch out and have fun. Try not to get backstabbed :).
