Twin Breaker: A Sacred Symbols Adventure is a story-driven brick breaking game molded in the style of ‘80s arcade classics like Arkanoid and Breakout, but with a plot, characters, and meaning! In the early 2300s, Earth is still recovering from a decades-long World War that engulfed most of the planet, except for an isolationist United States that used its power and prestige not to fight, but to reach for the stars. But when NASA’s generation ships disappear in interstellar space, only two pilots are capable of figuring out why. Featuring 40 stages, four boss fights, New Game , multiple extra features, plenty of story and dialogue, collectibles, a rocking soundtrack, and a fun Platinum Trophy, Twin Breaker is an ode to both the past and the future. The game takes place 34 years before Rebel Galaxy, in a few star systems located slightly closer to Earth. One meeting in a shady bar takes a wrong turn, Juno’s ship is destroyed, and the woman is forced to pay a debt to an old friend and the owner of the local casino.

It features 80 levels and an addictive gameplay. There are different kinds of blocks with different properties ("normal", "bouncy", "icy" and "safe for birds"). You can remove blocks by tapping them!

The Village is lit by the glow from the top of the Tower.
The Girl enters the Tower to fix the light for the Village.
The Girl thinks she can get the Village's light back by releasing and taking the glowing Butterfly trapped in the Tower.
The Queen of the Night blocks her from exiting the tower.
The Queen of the Night wants to kill the Girl to get the Butterfly back.
The Girl manages to avoid her and escape from the Tower. 
But because the Girl took the the Butterfly, all the light in the Village was gone.
The Village disappeared into the darkness. 
It is no longer people but shadows that roam the streets.
"If I put the Butterfly back, maybe the Village will come back."
The Girl heads back to the Tower to restore the lost light and the Village.

The year is 2039 and the planet has recovered after a robotic drone invasion 3 years earlier. Life seems safe, until a new larger army of robot drones attacks strategic cities around the globe.
