Not hugely unique but definitely engaging, 99 Vidas is an excellent tribute to side-scrollers, brawlers and some of the past three decades’ standout games.

99Vidas – Definitive Edition takes inside jokes and gaming references and transforms them into a classic beat ’em up experience. Despite becoming a bit monotonous with time, it has plenty of content that can be enjoyed with friends.

99Vidas é um daqueles jogos que se consegue passar um bom bocado até a frustração começar a aparecer e de se desistir até uma próxima vez. Quer-se sempre voltar com a esperança que os problemas sejam menos graves, mas essa esperança acaba em desilusão e o jogador vai-se irritar novamente. Claro que com amigos sempre ajuda a tornar o jogo menos frustrante mas isso não chega para tornar o jogo numa obra-prima.
