I am not a huge fan of sports games but so I like to collect games that I can keep. For some reason, I got this for myself because it was on sale the day I got it. NBA 2K20 is no different from any other basketball games for me. But I will still review this honestly to the ability that I can so that there will be no bias and people can understand why you may like to get it or not.

NBA 2K20 is available for all platforms, Windows 10, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Google Stadia. But I will only focus on the Switch port since this is a group for Switch users. Graphics are way better than the last iteration of the game and it has a lot of upgrades. But its still i not as top notch visually appealing comparing to the PS4 and Xbox One type of graphical power. I don't play the story mode of this game but from what I have heard from people playing it, the cutscenes are great with visual styles. Gameplay mechanics has been also improved comparing to 2K19. Motions of the players are more realistic but this is better played on the TV rather than portable mode. I prefer this because it feels better playing this game with a pro controller rather than the actual joy cons of the Switch.

For those who want this game to be played on the go, please bear in mind that when buying the game physically for the Switch you only pay the 8gb of data of the game. You still need to download the remaining 37gb to your SD Card. So be prepared to have a higher capacity SD Card on your Switch. It is also the reason why I don't have any pictures or gameplay of this because I don't have to download 37gb again to my SD Card. I needed the space for other upcoming games. If you really wanted this game, just get it on SALE. The game is probably worth around P1,000 as a physical copy. But if you are itching for some basketball gaming experience on the go, this game is for you.
