When this game was announced, I was extremely excited to try it out. I remembered hoping for this game not to be bad. And thankfully, this met my expectations.

A rhythm action game? I've never tried anything like it. I am sure there are other games out there that tried this specific gameplay style before, but I would dare myself to say that Hi Fi Rush re-invented it.

From the combat and platform, everything relies on a beat. Failing to perform an action during a beat can resort in being hit by an enemy or missing to land on a moving platform. There are also quick-time events that need to be perfected in order to get a high score or to complete an objective.

It may sound challenging, but it is an easy game to sink into. For any casual gamers out there who love games with fun control and an amazing soundtrack, I highly recommend HiFi Rush.
