Baldur's Gate 3

Since delving into the rich world of Baldur's Gate 3 on PC in September 2023, I've found myself ensnared by its captivating gameplay and immersive storytelling. As I embarked on my adventure, I was immediately drawn into the intricate process of character creation, crafting my Half-Elf Fighter with meticulous attention to detail. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of an epic journey that would span months and multiple platforms.

From the outset, Baldur's Gate 3 captivates players with its rich plot and multifaceted characters. The branching storyline offers a level of depth rarely seen in modern RPGs, allowing players to shape their own destinies through a series of meaningful choices and consequences. Each decision feels weighty, with ripple effects that reverberate throughout the game world, leading to a truly personalized experience.

One of the game's greatest strengths lies in its side character stories, which are as compelling and nuanced as the main plotline itself. Whether forging alliances with fellow adventurers or uncovering the tragic pasts of NPCs, every interaction feels meaningful and immersive, adding layers of depth to the already rich tapestry of Baldur's Gate 3.

My journey with Baldur's Gate 3 didn't end with my initial playthrough on PC. In December 2023, I made the decision to embark on a second adventure, this time on the Xbox Series. The transition to console was seamless, and I found myself once again engrossed in the world of Faerûn. Despite the change in platform, the game's immersive gameplay and captivating narrative remained intact, drawing me in for another unforgettable experience.

As I delved deeper into the game, navigating its treacherous dungeons and engaging in intense battles, I found myself utterly absorbed by its intricacies. The world of Baldur's Gate 3 is alive with detail, from its sprawling landscapes to its bustling cities, each meticulously crafted to draw players deeper into its immersive fantasy realm.

Finally, in February, after countless hours of exploration and adventure, I reached the conclusion of Baldur's Gate 3. The sense of accomplishment was palpable as I witnessed the culmination of my journey, my character's fate intertwined with the fate of the world itself. It was a momentous occasion, marking the end of an unforgettable odyssey across platforms.

In conclusion, Baldur's Gate 3 stands as a shining example of modern RPG storytelling, offering players a deep and immersive experience that transcends the boundaries of platform. Whether played on PC or console, its rich narrative, engaging gameplay, and unforgettable characters ensure that each playthrough is a journey to remember. As I bid farewell to the world of Faerûn, I do so with a sense of gratitude for the countless hours of adventure and excitement it has provided. Baldur's Gate 3 is truly a masterpiece of the genre, and one that will linger in my memory for years to come.

Well Deserved Game of the Year of 2023

Divinity: orininal sin was a 10/10 but somehow Larian Studios delivers Divinity: orignial sin 2 which is a better game in every aspect.

Now, this new Larian game, delivers an even better experience than D:OS 2. Better dialog, better characters, better gameplay, better story, better music. My mind cannot comprehend how they can keep improving perfection.

The best RPG ever. Hands down
