It only took a while, but Poncle finally pays tribute to Konami’s iconic Vampire-franchise.

‘<a href="https://whatoplay.com/games/vampire-survivors-ode-to-castlevania/">Vampire Survivors: Ode to Castlevania</a>’ DLC is the latest expansion that brings a wealth of content to the critically acclaimed roguelike, finally honoring the legacy of Konami’s beloved <a href="https://whatoplay.com/discover/?search%5Bquery%5D=Castlevania">Castlevania series</a>.

The Castlevania DLC introduces over 20 new playable characters, more than 40 weapons, 30 music tracks, and the largest stage yet seen in the game. These are all set within the enchanting atmosphere of Dracula's castle.

As players step into the Vampire Hunting world of the Belmonts, they will wield classic whips, powerful spells, and legendary weapons from the Castlevania universe. Die hard fans of the series will be thrilled to know that Alucard's sword, spear, and shield will also make its appearance.

Additionally, with new spells and magic attacks inspired by Konami titles such as Portrait of Ruin and Harmony of Dissonance, players will have more tools to vanquish the monsters awaiting Dracula’s castle.

As for its soundtrack, Poncle and Konami guarantees to give fans the most immersive Castlevania experience ever. The Ode to Castlevania DLC boasts over 30 remixed tracks from the series, this includes fan-favorites like Vampire Killer, Bloody Tears, Simon’s Theme, and many more. The tracks were reimagined by Vampire Survivors composers Daniele Zandara and Filippo Vicarelli, alongside Evelyn Lark and Keygen Church.

<a href="https://whatoplay.com/games/vampire-survivors/">Vampire Survivors</a> was lightning in a bottle for developer Poncle. Vampire survivors remains one of <a href="https://whatoplay.com/ps5/best/">the best games on PS5</a> with a whopping score of 9.5.

With its easy to pick up gameplay loop, players are already lost in its addictive grind.
