Super Blood Hockey and the Pigeon Dev Games Collection Get Limited Edition Physical Copies

Last November saw Premium Edition Games opening up pre-orders for physical copies of the Pigeon Dev Games Collection. Now it looks like they’re ready to ship out alongside another fun title: Super Blood Hockey.

Premium Edition Games will only make 5000 physical copies of Super Blood Hockey and 3000 copies of the Pigeon Dev Games Collection (PDGC). Meanwhile, the Retro and Deluxe Editions of PDGC will each have 1000 copies.

All premium editions are also expected to come with items like:

  • Nintendo Switch™ Physical Case and Game
  • Interior Art
  • 20+ Page Full Color Manual
  • Challenge Card where you can earn a mail-away patch.. FOR FREE!
  • First Prints of the game will have a hand-drawn Full Color Glossy Slipcase by legendary artist Paul E. Niemeyer of Mortal Kombat fame!
  • Surprise physical item sure to invoke nostalgia in everyone!

Super Blood Hockey is a retro take on the ice sport of the same name. Join a deadly global tournament or go up against friends in a 4-player local multiplayer and try to aim for the top. You can also manage your own squad of hockey jocks with the Franchise Mode. The game can get pretty violent, but it’s easier to stomach with its cute retro pixel graphics.

The Pigeon Dev Games Collection will come with the developers’ greatest hits. These are Awesome Pea, Awesome Pea 2, Bucket Knight, and Explosive Jake.

Super Blood Hockey and the Pigeon Dev Games Collection are both priced at $39.95 each. The Retro Edition of PDGC will be worth $59.95, while the Deluxe Edition will run for $99.95.

For more information on these physical copies, you can visit the Premium Edition Games website. They will also be available to order on Video Games Plus.
