In this game, the gameplay loop is divided into two phases. In the first phase, players help Rimuru develop the Jura Tempest Federation. This city building allows players to experience the story and meet new allies. In the community, they can assist familiar friends and fulfill their needs. This phase strengthens relationships and unlocks building upgrades and combat skills.
The second phase shifts to a 2D side-scrolling view. Players will lead their party into new territories. They can advance the storyline and defend the Federation against formidable enemies and bosses.
