XSEED Games has revealed more details about its upcoming RPG, Silent Hope. Pre-orders for the digital edition of the game are now open for Nintendo Switch players in North America.
The indie game publisher arm of Marvelous USA Inc. has started accepting pre-orders for Silent Hope's Nintendo Switch edition in North America. The game is scheduled to be released for Switch and PC devices on October 3.
In a press release, XSEED Games announced they will dangle special offers for the first week after the game's launch.
The publisher will slash prices by up to 10 percent on eShop and Steam. In addition, the game's downloadable content (DLC) will be free for early-bird buyers.
As an added bonus, all digital early bird purchases within the first week of launch will also get the 'Wanderer's Special Weapon & Voidstone Set' DLC,
said XSEED.
The expansion pack gives players an in-game weapon for the Wanderer, one of the game's playable characters.
This DLC will be free to download on Nintendo eShop and included with all purchases on Steam for one week after launch. It is priced at $0.99.
Silent Hope is an action RPG that combines the classic elements of isometric dungeon crawlers with modern gameplay and graphics. The game allows players to choose from seven heroes, each with their own weapon, fighting style, and non-combat job.
Its main campaign takes players to The Abyss, a mysterious and dangerous place where they will encounter enemies and collect materials.
Aside from digital versions, XSEED will also release physical editions of Silent Hero. The game's Day 1 Edition included an artbook and a soundtrack CD.
The Day 1 edition can be pre-ordered at the XSEED Games Store and participating retailers for $49.99.
