How To Refund Games On Your PS5:
If you don’t like the game you purchased, you have at least 14 days to make a decision before you’re ineligible for a Refund.
Here’s how you refund your games on PS5:
1. Go to Playstation.com and click Support

2. Select PS Store & Refunds

3. Go to REFUNDS and choose REQUEST A PS STORE REFUND from the choices below. Head to ‘Refund For Games And Add Ons’. NOTE: This step also applies if you want to refund Subscription or Pre-Orders.

4. Once you’ve followed the steps, you’re redirected to its Support Page. From here on, you can specify which type of purchase you’d like to Refund. Games, DLC, Subscriptions, Pre-orders.

5. Just press Contact PlayStation Support and you’ll be handed to your areas customer service representative. Just present your concern and they’ll deal with your refund if it still eligible.
NOTE: PlayStation won’t issue a refund if your purchase made it past 14 days OR you have started to download or streamed the purchased content.
