10. The Last Spell
A tactical RPG with roguelike elements. These mutated freaks will terrorize your last bastion if you don’t play your cards right. The Last Spell’s mix of genres and procedurally generated levels make room for replay value and unpredictability. If you enjoy XCOM and Into The Breach, The Last Spell offers the same turn-based strategy challenge with a gameplay curve that pushes your micromanagement skills to the test.
9. Dead Space (2023)
2023 is the year of Remakes. This Dead Space is a complete reimagining of the 2008 title, protagonist Isaac Clarke’s first encounter with the Necromorph infestation. Everything from the original is streamlined for modern audiences. But this modern touch also adds a new layer to the game’s atmosphere. Not only that, the USG Ishimura is revamped for better backtracking. Going from point A to point B is a little less frustrating. Plasma Cutter can also solve most of your problems.
8. SEASON: A letter to the future
More of an emotional experience than a game. SEASON is a meditative journey about life and feelings are its main goal. Grab a bicycle and write down the everyday details of the world around you. With its rich landscape and unique storytelling, you can immerse yourself in this almost therapeutic adventure.
7. Dredge
This looks like a simple job of getting a huge catch from the deep waters. But it’s definitely more than that. It’s a fishing game with a horror twist. There are mysteries scattered all over the place, with each of them shaping the dark history of the world. Explore the fictional archipelago and fish for answers. If you’re afraid of the deep water, tread carefully.
6. OCTOPATH TRAVELER II
The sequel to the multinarrative RPG with eight characters telling the story. You won’t have to play the first game since it’s a whole new story with fresh faces, each with new troubled pasts to uncover. Octopath Traveler II improves the series’ turn-based combat, as well as its party system. That means the character interactions are more natural than ever. Apart from that, its visual style has also been polished. Just like a sequel should.
5. PARANORMASIGHT: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo
A visual novel story about a grueling murder mystery. Dive deeper into the truth behind this haunted ghost story set in 20th Century Japan. It gets you deeply invested in its central horror mystery. 4. A Space for The Unbound

It’s not trying to be the next big thing in the gaming market. Instead, it takes it slow, pulling you deeper into its vibrant world teeming with beauty and heartaches.
3. Hi-Fi RUSH
Tango Gameworks’ latest IP doesn’t follow in the footsteps of its horror title, The Evil Within. This is a hack and slash game, a lot like Devil May Cry and Bayonetta. With vibrant animations that reminds us of the Scott Pilgrim movie. Hi-Fi RUSH’s energetic combat is powered by the game’s rhythmic twist. Beat your enemies to the beat. This take on character action adds a unique depth to the gameplay, which gets progressively challenging in later levels.
2. Pizza Tower
A sleeper hit driver by the power of memes. Pizza Tower is a 2D platformer that feels like a fever dream you just can’t get out of. It’s also a great game to play on low-end hardware! The platforming can be a little challenging. You’re going to need quick reflexes and the patience to master the controls. It’s not easy, but the game’s overall goofiness might make up for the frustration.
1. Resident Evil 4 Remake
Considered one of the best Remakes so far and it’s selling like hotcakes. This is a full fledged remake of the 2005 GameCube title and it’s looking really good. It’s the right mix of horror, action, and comedy. Scoring high 9s and 10s, this Remake pushes what CAPCOM can do with their classic titles. From improved combat, seamless mission design, and terrifying atmosphere. It’s a culmination of all things great about the original RE4, and made even better with surprises packed in every corner. The future of the series looks great, and we can’t wait for the RE5 Remake in the future.
