PM Studios and Pathea Games' acclaimed life simulation adds cross-platform support to My Time At Sandrock. Alongside its release to Game Pass, it will finally allow Xbox Series X|S and Windows PC players to experience the game together for the first time with the cross-play feature.
This cross-play mode is separate from the single-player campaign. It allows up to four players to play together in a special town instance located on a dedicated server. This ensures that it saves the player's progress even after the host goes offline.
The cross-platform multiplayer will be coming to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation platforms later this summer.
Unlike My Time At Portia's urban atmosphere, My Time At Sandrock offers a wholesome sandbox simulation in the sands. Players save a town on the brink of collapse, restore it to its former glory, and reap an incredible sense of accomplishment.
Along the way, they engage in exciting Wild West adventures and the joy of building. Activities range from gathering resources, building machines to crop cultivation and livestock.
Players can customize their character and workshop to reflect their unique style. They can transform Sandrock in any way they choose and cherish the bonds made along the way.
The PC version received a playscore of 8.5 from 13 critics and over 19 thousand players. Reviewers praised its engaging characters, adventure, and challenges.
