Lost in Play, the critically acclaimed puzzle adventure, just landed on PlayStation consoles. Creators from Happy Juice Games and Joystick Ventures on October 10th rolled out the game on the PlayStation Store. It can be played on both PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
Lost in Play first came out in 2022 via PC. Upon its release, the game became both a commercial and critical success. It is a point-and-click adventure game about the journey of Toto and Gal, a brother and sister duo.
In the game, players guide Toto and Gal as they explore whimsical landscapes and solve intriguing puzzles. One of the game's highlights was its hand-drawn animation style. According to developers, the 2D illustration was intended to make the game look like a children's cartoon show.
Lost in Play has garnered critical acclaim. Gamers and critics alike praised the game for its creativity, accessibility, and heartwarming story. Due to its success, its creators decided to expand it to mobile devices in 2023.
Lost in Play was also the recipient of multiple awards and recognition. These included being shortlisted for the Family Game of the Year during the 26th Annual D.I.C.E Awards of the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences.
