NetEase has launched a limited-time event for its popular survival mobile game, LifeAfter. And it takes players to the world of literature's most famous prince.
LifeAfter released on September 1 its newest in-game event, featuring Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's The Little Prince.
The collaboration event of LifeAfter and The Little Prince is now live, featuring exclusive collaboration outfits, planetary headwear, and brand-new vehicles, among other surprises,
NetEase wrote in a press release.
From September 1 to September 14, players have the chance to own exclusive items inspired by the famous novella. These included outfits, planetary headwear, and a brand-new vehicle called "Star Seeker."
According to NetEase, players can own three new outfits during The Little Prince event. These are "The Prince and the Rose", "Wilderness Explorer," and "Fox's Wish." Each outfit reflects a different aspect of the story and the characters.
Planetary headwear, on the other hand, is an accessory that lets players wear their favorite planet on their heads.
There are seven planets to choose from, each with its own design and meaning. For example, the planet of the rose symbolizes love and beauty, while the planet of the king symbolizes authority and power.
The Star Seeker is a unique vehicle that resembles a bicycle with wings. It can fly through the air and traverse any terrain. Players can ride it solo or invite others to join them.
Meanwhile, NetEase said The Little Prince event for LifeAfter will offer more content and activities. Players can join quests, challenges, and mini-games to earn rewards.
LifeAfter was launched in 2018 on iOS and Android devices. The zombie-apocalypse survival game expanded to PC a few months after its debut.
