Confront the cold in the Limited Access Beta for Frostpunk 2.
11 bit Studios invites players who pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition of Frostpunk 2 to play now. This Limited Access Beta will last until April 22, giving players a sneak peek into the award-winning city-builder.
This week-long Beta will feature a portion of the sandbox mode known as the ‘Utopia Builder Preview’.
In this mode, players can get a slice of Frostpunk 2 They can create their ideal city in the midst of the biting cold. They must also reconcile conflicting interests and navigate societal complexities.
This limited access Beta will only cover the basics of its city-builder mechanics. It will not include any part of the game's story.

Set 30 years after the original game, Frostpunk 2 continues the struggle of shelter citizens against the relentless blizzard. As a Steward, players must form a council to address the people’s needs. There will be complex moral issues and ideological conflict to tackle apart from the cold.
This sequel promises additional factions, expansive maps and colonies. As well as increased exploration, dramatic occurrences, and a robust narrative campaign mode.
Ultimately, human nature can lead to the city's downfall, where one's utopia may become another's dystopia.
Beta access started on April 15. Access to the Beta is included with pre-orders to the Digital Deluxe edition of Frostpunk 2.
The game is coming out on July 25 on PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG and PC Game Pass. Console releases for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S (via Game Pass) will be available at a later date, 11bit Studios said./p>
