Indie developers from Triune Studios gave their upcoming MMORPG War of Dragnorox a new name as they prepare for its open beta test soon.

In a press release, the Oregon-based indie studio confirmed its decision to rename the game Eternal Tombs. Aside from unveiling the game's new name, developers have also published its reveal trailer.

The trailer gave the gaming public its first look at Eternal Tombs. The video, which lasted at least four minutes, summarized the game's mechanics and story. It also showed combat previews and the game's world-building progress.

Triune Studios has begun accepting sign-ups for the Eternal Tombs' Open Beta test. Details of the event will be revealed soon, the studio said.

Producers described Eternal Tombs as "a dynamic MMORPG."

Triune Studios promised to introduce a game that will appeal to fans of the MMORPG genre and the hit tabletop RPG franchise Dungeons & Dragons.

According to the developers, Eternal Tombs will have a "unique Dungeon Master system." In it, staff members will play alongside gamers.

Every day, Dungeon Masters shape the player experience by running events and changing the world, giving players a unique experience as they adventure alongside thousands of other players, Triune Studios wrote in a press release.

The story in Eternal Tombs takes place in a world called Mithir. Its dwarven king has banned the use of magic after Dragnorox used it to corrupt the minds and souls of the creatures.

On top of its MMORPG elements, Eternal Tombs will feature sandbox mechanics. Players can also explore, slay monsters, participate in dungeon raids, battle enemies, and even engage in ranked PvP modes.
