<p>The DOOM franchise had successfully been rebooted back in 2016, and DOOM Eternal has managed to blow players away when it came out last March. Just in, we have a launch trailer for the first DLC coming to the game called <a href="https://whatoplay.com/ps4/doom-eternal-the-ancient-gods-part-one" title="DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods - Part One">The Ancient Gods – Part One</a>.</p>

<p>As you can expect from the DOOM franchise, the expansion is chock-full of new creatures to slay and elaborate levels to jump around in. We also get a look at some new arsenal, and I’m sure there’s an overarching story that should give a bit more substance to your murder romp.</p>

<p>The Ancient Gods – Part One actually comes with the Year One Pass for DOOM Eternal, but you can also purchase it as a separate package digitally. We don’t know when the second part comes out yet, but hopefully we can get some kind of tease by the end of the latest expansion.</p>
