Very few fighting games manage to make their mark on pop culture, but SNK had managed to land a fan-favorite with their Samurai Shodown series. A lot of people have been waiting for the 2019 reboot to come to PC for a while now, and Epic Games has just dropped a new teaser revealing that Samurai Shodown is coming to PC in June.

It’s worth noting that this announcement follows the official reveal for Samurai Shodown Neo Geo Collection. With players being able to try their hand at the classic games, it’s pretty great that PC gamers can now get in on the hype.

Pre-orders for Samurai Shodown are actually available on the Epic Games Store right now, and pre-ordering actually gets you a 10% discount on the game.

While several fighting titles like Tekken and Mortal Kombat have managed to evolve in their style and gameplay, it’s great to see some classic fighting games still coming out today.

SAMURAI SHODOWN has enjoyed worldwide success as a blade-wielding fighting game series since its first release in 1993. Over 10 years have passed since the last series installment, and it is now time for SAMURAI SHODOWN to return in a brand-new game featuring high-end visuals and gameplay! With its story set one year before the very first installment, warriors and combatants from various backgrounds and with their own goals are about to battle to fulfill their destinies!
