Good game

UFC 4 on PS4 is a game that promises a lot but ultimately falls short in many ways. While the graphics and presentation are certainly impressive, the gameplay itself feels clunky and unpolished. The controls can be difficult to master, and even when you do, the fighting can often feel unsatisfying.

One of the biggest issues with UFC 4 is the lack of variety in the gameplay. While there are certainly a lot of different moves and techniques to learn, the actual fighting can feel repetitive and uninspired. There's a distinct lack of strategy or nuance to the gameplay, which can make fights feel like a slog rather than an exciting battle.

Another major issue with the game is the online mode. The matchmaking can be frustrating, and the lag and latency issues can make fights feel sluggish and unresponsive. It's also frustrating that there is no way to customize your character or create your own fighter in the game.

The career mode, while promising on paper, falls short in execution. The story feels clichéd and uninspired, and the progression can feel slow and repetitive. It's also frustrating that there is no way to skip the training sessions, which can become tedious after a while.

Despite its flaws, I have to admit that I had a fun moment playing UFC 4 with friends at my home. The game served as a showcase for my console and we enjoyed the experience together.

Overall, UFC 4 on PS4 is a game that feels like a missed opportunity. While the graphics and presentation are impressive, the gameplay itself feels clunky and unsatisfying. If you're a diehard UFC fan, you may find some enjoyment in the game, but for most players, it's probably best to look elsewhere for a more satisfying fighting experience.

Somehow Tolerable. But still playable.

I like the fighter customization. The career mode is fun to play but for a while it gets boring. Lack of story depth except sparring and tweets from "fans". In fighting mode, i hate how sometimes the grappling and takedown looks very weird. Feeling like my opponent especially the BBJ fighters humping my body from getting out their lock. The bruise and cuts after match can be improved.
