The best Disgaea so far. If you want a strategy, turn-based, fantasy game with different classes/jobs, I highly recommend this one. You can build your team with different classes ranging from monks to samurai to mages to archers and lots more.

This game is so much fun to play especially when building your team and creating your strongest characters. Story is also great and has its own twist and turns. Post-game also has the story continued and the grind to level 9999 is good as well, it has an endless replayablitility, customization and character building
