DJMAX Respect is a rhythmic music game developed for PlayStation 4. The production is a special annual installment of the DJMAX series, which was launched in 2004 by a Korean company called Neowiz. The title is a return of the franchise to consoles after a several-year break filled with games released for Android- and iOS-powered mobile devices.

The world is ruled by the Divine Dragon Naga, with a fondness for humans, and the Fell Dragon, Grima, destroyer of humans.
