On top of that, Turn 10’s newest offering is a deep experience, and the amount of content is almost overwhelming, especially compared to what Forza 5 offered. Being successful in Forza 6 at the higher levels requires time, patience and plenty of practice. ...What Turn 10 has created here is nothing short of amazing, and in the days of minor tweaks and polishes, Forza 6 is a true of example of dedication, vision and effort.

Almost everything that Forza fans have traditionally loved about the series returns in Forza Motorsport 6. ...Forza Motorsport 6 sets a new bar in terms of visuals for a console racer. A more player-friendly progression system in single player and new online components compliment the massive track and car list.

Forza Motorsport 6 is what I always wanted a next-gen driving game to be. It offers beautiful visuals, a wide variety of options, and uses real-world physics to dictate how vehicles perform. I could easily see myself playing Forza 6 for several months, or even years. I've never experienced a driving game with this level of polish, and it's unlikely anything will unseat it in the near future.

It's fitting that the 2017 Ford GT was chosen as the feature car for Forza Motorsport 6 as both of them are refined, beautiful, and stand out among a sea of competitors. Forza has always been great, and with this release it’s better than ever.

Forza Motorsport is a game I rarely get excited about playing, but almost every time I dive in, it gets better. Forza 5 was a disappointment on many levels, but it feels like the team at Turn 10 fixed everything that was wrong, borrowed what was perfect from Horizon 2, and somehow crafted the best racing game available on Xbox One by far, and quite possibly the best Forza game in the series to date.

Forza Motorsport 6 is a spectacular machine that makes perfect use of all its components. It incorporates familiar elements with those that may have seemed superfluous, but only serve to solidify this franchise as a frontrunner in the genre. Packed with content, modes and customizability, Forza Motorsport 6 is a grand evolution of a decade's worth of racing under the Microsoft banner.

This is a true showcase for Xbox One in every area except the racing. Inconsistent difficulty, random payouts and way too many dull events seriously spoil the party.

Turn 10 will be frequently changing things up and considering player feedback, so it will be interesting to see how leagues evolve. ...Forza Motorsport 6 maintains the series’ strong handling, robust features, and its ability to bring together players of varied skill levels. There are improvements in virtually every area, but even with additions like night and weather, it doesn’t really feel like there’s a standout change to push the series forward.

It's not a contradiction that Forza 6 is as fun as it is disappointing. Its faults and omissions do not make it a bad game or one that veers dramatically from the franchise's path. But what exactly is the series' philosophy? We've seen the career mode change from iteration to iteration, with the developer unable to define where it wants to go and therefore build upon a foundation in successive years.

We’re getting to the point where denying the greatness of the Forza franchise is borderline ridiculous. The saddest part about Forza Motorsport 6 is that it will likely be brushed away by critics and gamers alike as a fantastic racing game rather than a fantastic game in general. Make no mistake, with all of its meaningful content and rock solid gameplay, Forza Motorsport 6 is one of the best games to come out in 2015, period.

Forza Motorsport 6 is the game everyone was hoping to have when they purchased their Xbox One the day it released. It took an extra two years for Turn 10 Studios to deliver the right product, but boy did they deliver. It is by far the most content-rich racing simulation game ever created, with enough vehicles, modes, and progression incentives for fans of the genre to lose hundreds of hours with.

So, how does Forza Motorsport 6 hold up? Exceptionally well. The game is simply a joy for any car lover. Not only it’s a technical marvel that delivers great visuals at a steel-solid frame rate, but it’s a big, deep and wide bundle of car-loving fun. Turn 10’s latest game leaks love for cars and car culture from every pixel. The studio didn’t manage to make the Xbox One shine as much as it could with Forza 5, but with this sixth chapter, Microsoft’s console is as bright as a star.

By taking and improving on elements from the Horizon games, re-vitalizing the Career mode, introducing new modes like Leagues, and adding night and rain to the gameplay, Forza Motorsport 6 is without a doubt the best game the series has seen yet. If the franchise continues to grow and change at this rate, then it’ll be a welcome sight on the annual list of autumn game releases for years to come. For this season, though, Forza 6 is a must-play for all racing game fans.

Some of the off-track functionality in Forza Motorsport 6 is sometimes surprisingly lazily implemented but you'll tend to forget that when you're in a battle with the elements, trying to shave a tenth of a second off your laptime in your newly-tuned favourite racer, or simply gawking at the outstanding visuals.

Forza 6's flaws are few. The pre- and post-race visuals as well as the replays still run at less than 60 frames per second. While maxing out at 30 frames per seconds didn’t hurt the likes of Forza Horizon or Grid 2, going back and forth from the smoothness of a race to the less than fluid scenes at the pit in Forza 6 is off-putting. Then there are the low-resolution liveries, which look great when these designs are tearing up the track at 150 miles per hour, but look less than stellar in the showroom.

With the aforementioned new details and the new rain, even the old ones feel new. Despite a lot of these upgrades, Forza 6 does feel somewhat like an apology letter for the last main iteration. It's important to note that if you don't really love the idea of reworked rain effects, you probably won't find a whole lot that's fundamentally new outside of the fact that there's just more to do in general.

Like a big bucket of Hot Wheels brought to life, Forza Motorsport 6 is first-order car porn for the automobile obsessed but remains an accessible and exciting racer for those who just want to drive fast in something red with a horse logo on it. It’s spinning its wheels in a few areas but what’s here is undoubtedly some of the finest racing you can find on console and easily worth the upgrade from Forza 5.

So that's Forza Motorsport 6. It's essentially like the previous Forzas but with more stuff and slightly tweaked handling. I like it a lot, apart from the trees which are absolutely awful. But yeah, if you like yourself some simulation Forza, Forza 6 is the Forza for you. Forza.

Forza Motorsport 6 is beautiful, meticulous, dramatic and generous. It is arguably a faultless piece of driving software, and on top of that, Turn 10 have definitively proven that the Xbox One is an exceptionally capable machine when in the right hands. Serious racing fans owe it to themselves to experience Forza 6, while franchise stalwarts may find that this is the next generation Forza they were waiting for.

Forza Motorsport 6 is not the conclusive leap that some fans were expecting. It feels like more astute groundwork; more prep for the definitive seventh instalment. It doesn’t feel hollow or lacking in content; it’s a cautious and discreet update that still feels, to its credit, genuinely cutting edge. You probably shouldn’t miss it. Just don’t expect the ground to break.

From the deeply integrated rival system via the weather conditions and the increased car count, this racer is filled with small ideas that each have a big impact, improving on the already excellent foundations. Forza Motorsport 6 is the best racing simulator currently available on console. Gran Turismo 7 has its work cut out.

Los nuevos coches y trazados mantienen la excepcional calidad de los anteriores y su comportamiento es un fiel reflejo de los reales. La lluvia y la noche garantizan una experiencia jugable nunca antes vista en un videojuego de conducción en consolas y, aunque es una pena que en este aparatado no contemos con ciclos dinámicos día/noche y climáticos, la experiencia final es simplemente fantástica. Sin duda, Forza Motorsport 6 ha escuchado a la comunidad, ha modificado todo aquello que no gustó en Forza 5 y ha creado un producto final sobresaliente.

Más circuitos, más coches y un aspecto visual impecable. Puede que Motorsport 6 sea el episodio de la serie Forza que menos novedades introduce, y eso que incluye los tan ansiados desembarcos de la noche y la lluvia, sin embargo su fórmula es tan brillante, pulida y ajustada que cuesta muy mucho no considerar lo nuevo de Turn 10 una obra extraordinaria. La marca Xbox sigue teniendo en esta saga uno de sus mejores argumentos en cuanto a prestigio y calidad… y por muchos años.

Forza Motorsport 6 es un gran juego de coches, que además tiene un compromiso elevado con la simulación de físicas y comportamiento de los vehículos. Mientras estamos sobre la carretera hay muy pocas pegas que poner a la creación de Turn 10 Studios, fallando una vez más en las opciones disponibles. ...Forza Motorsport 6 sí que ofrece una experiencia nueva y que a priori parece de lo más completa, con un puñado de opciones online que pueden dar mucho que hablar, y más posibilidades de compartir que nunca.

Repleto de circuitos, coches, pruebas y modos de juego, con un multijugador más completo que nunca, unos gráficos a la altura y una excelente jugabilidad que se puede adaptar a todo tipo de público, solo echamos en falta un modo Carrera más interesante, que nos motive y nos enganche, y un poco más de ambición o tiempo para Turn 10 Studios.

La recta final de año para Xbox One no podría haber empezado mejor que con los volantazos de Forza Motorsport 6, la entrega definitiva de una saga que, desde sus orígenes, se ha sabido ganar un puesto en el podio de la velocidad. Es cierto que las carreras nocturnas y la lluvia no están presentes en todos los circuitos, pero lucen genial, y no hay que olvidarse de los 460 coches, el fabuloso control, el larguísimo modo Carrera, los drivatares, la alianza con Top Gear, el acabado técnico…

Forza Motorsport 6 es la culminación del trabajo de 10 años de Turn 10 Studios, que ahora entrega una muy buena simulación, con detallado impresionante en cada auto, pistas perfectamente trazadas y la lluvia como nunca la habíamos visto antes en un simulador. Este título pone un estándar en simuladores; falta ver qué tendrá el resto de los desarrolladores para nosotros.

Dank des überarbeiteten Reifenmodells tastet man sich jetzt noch authentischer ans Limit der zahlreichen Modelle heran und neben den neuen Nachtrennen sind es vor allem die spektakulären Ausflüge auf nasse Pisten, die mit ihren 3D-Pfützen die neue Referenz markieren.

Forza Motorsport 6 ist von Umfang und Spielgefühl her das geworden, was Forza 5 hätte sein sollen. Das Rennspiel hat zwar kleinere Macken, etwa die getrennten Mod- und Tuningoptionen und den Hang zu verwinkelten Menüs. Insgesamt macht es aber viele Dinge besser, die Konkurrenten sogar gar nicht können. In Forza 6 schlagen zwei Herzen in einer Brust: Einerseits ist es eine Rennsimulation, andererseits aber auch ein Spiel. Das hat Turn 10 einfach super drauf!

Un peu moins pointu qu'un Project CARS sur certains aspects, il n'en demeure pas moins fantastique en termes de plaisir de jeu, notamment grâce à un moteur physique tout simplement grisant. ...Il reste encore quelques zones d'ombres à ce beau tableau, notamment l'absence totale de pénalités, ainsi que quelques points à améliorer, par exemple rendre la météo dynamique ou soigner les courses d'endurance, mais la série franchit enfin le cap qu'on espérait atteindre il y a deux ans.

Clairement, Forza Motorsport 6 est un grand jeu. On a pu reprocher de nombreuses choses à Turn 10 lors de la sortie de FM5, mais le tir est désormais corrigé : son remplaçant est à la hauteur des espoirs de tout un chacun. Beau, exigeant mais bienveillant à l'égard des débutants, Forza Motorsport 6 est définitivement un immanquable de la Xbox One et l'un des meilleurs jeux de course sortis ces derniers années.

Enfin, impossible de faire l'impasse sur la facette communautaire de Forza Motorsport 6 qui s'inscrit dans la droite lignée de son prédécesseur, avec Forza TV pour accéder aux vidéos réalisées par les autres membres, la boîte mail qui permet de se tenir informé des différents événements organisés régulièrement, ou encore l'atelier peinture. Au sujet de ce dernier, un système de vote permet de favoriser les meilleures créations afin de stimuler en permanence les artistes.

Sans le vouloir, Forza Motorsport se retrouve plus que jamais dans le sillage de Gran Turismo avec un cinquième épisode que l'on pourrait presque considérer comme le brouillon du sixième. ...Toujours est-il que cette timidité de ce point de vue prive ce sixième épisode de ce qui l'aurait sans doute porter encore plus haut. Mais que les fans soufflent un bon coup. Oui, le voilà leur Forza next gen complet, bienveillant et aussi grisant qu'on pouvait le rêver !

Forza Motorsport 6 não defrauda a elevada expetativa dos fãs da série e do desporto automóvel. Falha na entrega de opções de jogo, principalmente na experiência demasiado rotineira presente no modo campanha, que é amenizada com os mais de 450 carros e 26 circuitos (com cerca de 100 variantes) e melhorias das condições de condução, com a aplicação das corridas noturnas e à chuva a apenas algumas variantes de circuito.

L’ennesimo centro di un franchise che riesce a perfezionare una formula scalabile e collaudata, che non deluderà gli appassionati e di cui è ora difficile immaginare l’ennesima evoluzione. In attesa del meteo dinamico e chissà quale altra stupefacente novità, il voto è lo stesso di Forza Horizon 2: sta a voi scegliere se abbracciare una o entrambe le declinazioni della serie in nome dell’amore per le quattro ruote.

Grazie ai valori produttivi elevatissimi, al rinnovato modello fisico-dinamico e al buon numero di contenuti, oltre che a una resa della pioggia semplicemente impressionante, l'ultima fatica di Turn 10 si impone non solo come miglior capitolo della serie, ma anche come punto di riferimento per il genere dei sim-arcade. Non è esente da qualche sbavatura e ciò impedisce di assegnargli il massimo dei voti, tuttavia per le qualità espresse non può che essere contemplato tra le eccellenze assolute della nostra industria.

Met Forza Motorsport 6 slaat Turn 10 na het ietwat teleurstellende vijfde deel keihard terug. Blikvanger is de gigantische hoeveelheid aan content, zowel op het gebied van auto's, circuits als opdrachten en races. Aangevuld met een indrukwekkend nacht- en weersysteem en overdonderende beelden krijgen racefanaten precies waar ze op zitten te wachten. Alles bij elkaar genomen is Forza 6 een essentiële aankoop voor elke zichzelf respecterende liefhebber van racegames.

Forza Motorsport 6 brengt genoeg vernieuwingen om ook deze aan te schaffen. Grafisch ziet de game er weer prachtig uit en er zijn genoeg bolides om je zoet te houden. De nachtraces zijn spannend en voornamelijk de regen zorgt voor een nieuw tactisch spel. Helaas is de regen niet bij elke baan beschikbaar, maar hopelijk verandert dat later met een update.

Är man ute efter en mer realistisk racingupplevelse så finns det bättre alternativ, trots att Turn 10 har lyckats långt även på denna biten. Att det är 1080p eller inte är inte superintressant i mina ögon, men känslan av att köra fram i 60 bilder per sekund är oslagbar, något man inte är speciellt van vid som konsolspelare. Forza Motorsport 6 är för den som vill ha en lättillgänglig simulator med mängder av bilar, trimmöjligheter och sliriga vattenpölar.
