To be honest, all I need to do in terms of concluding this review of Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age – Definitive Edition on Xbox is to echo my sentiment from the second paragraph. This is the best RPG I’ve played this year, bar none, and as such I recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Dragon Quest XI S: Ecos de un Pasado Perdido – Edición Definitiva hace honor a su nombre. Es el punto de partida (y reencuentro) ideal de un título que forma parte de la historia de la franquicia. Los motivos son conocidos de sobra: estamos ante uno de los ejemplos interactivos que demuestran que el JRPG tradicional sigue teniendo su hueco a las puertas de 2021.
