As Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst bills itself as the enhanced version of the original game, I suppose most of my ire is with the first Ultimate Ninja Storm 3. However, the enhancements offered by Full Burst are not all that spectacular. Full Burst adds the contents of the “Final Episode of the Uchiha Brothers” DLC pack, including a bonus chapter, new missions, and a new character to the free-fight mode. It’s not much, and since it already exists as DLC for the original game, doesn’t make for a compelling selling point as a stand-alone product.

In short, if you haven’t played Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 yet, then Full Burst is a pretty good deal, but then again, if you haven’t played it yet, you probably aren’t a hardcore Naruto fan, and that’s basically the one demographic that the game really appeals to. If you are a hardcore Naruto fan, then pick up the DLC expansion to the vanilla version we all know you bought and call it a day. If you are looking for a good fighting-game experience, however, you really should look elsewhere.

here’s an interesting story here and it does a great job of creating a spectacle to watch during the battles, so if you are a huge Naruto fan but somehow managed to miss out on Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, then this is certainly worth a purchase. If you haven’t been fully committed to the series before now, however, this is a terrible point to jump aboard as there aren’t enough good features to attract non-fans of the show.
