10. Arena of Valor
One of the newest competitors in the fight for the best MOBA game on the mobile, Arena of Valor refines the nitty gritty of smartphone optimization to create a worthy alternative to the established names on the platform.

With renewed inspiration, Gameloft tries their hand on the MOBA format again--showing off a visual masterclass with the Dungeon Hunter universe. A spiritual successor to their hack and slash series, it's mainly a revitalized Diablo-like campaign.
But what makes this special is the addition of the 5v5 PvP that pits their over 250 champions in intense real-time battles. It doesn't reinvent the wheel, but it offers something new on the side for fans of the series. With all its imperfections and gameloft microtransactions, it's a decent balance of two genres. A Provisional playscore of 8.40.
One of the first to condense the PC MOBA formula into a pocket friendly format, Vainglory is one of the royalties of the genre. It's not just that they were the first. With just up to 50 or so heroes, Super Evil Megacorp refines each of their skills while maintaining the skill-based combat with scaleable items and leveling. Might get some long matchmaking queues though. It has a playscore of 8.51.
Now for something a little different. More battle arena than your run of the action RTS, Tank Raid's wealth of game modes has got your multiplayer itches covered. Kinda like a barebones arcade version of World of Tanks, dive into the colorful arena with your favorite customizable tank and compete in solo survival, deathmatches, or football fun. While its all too accurate slow tanks is a little source of frustration, it only adds to to its bursts of intense, action packed battles. It has a Provisional playscore of 8.80.6. Onmyoji Arena
From the makers of Rules of Survival, NetEase Games eases their Onymyoji universe into a new world of all-out combat. While they already had strategic PvP battles, Arena takes it to the next level, filling the traditional MOBA battlefield with their signature Japanese aesthetic. Owing to its diverse cast and fun events, there's a lot to keep coming back for. Currently holding an InyuYasha crossover event, meet Kikyo, dress her up in beautiful outfits, and take her marksmanship out for a spin. It has a Provisional playscore of 8.81.
Ludare Games’ MOBA offers something different to the saturated mobile market. Ready yourself for an epic multiplayer slugfest as you mount up and choose your own Beast to fight in challenging multiplayer battles.
Aside from its deathmatch Coliseum where 8 players brawl it all out, the rest of the games’ modes are intended for a team-based experience. Build your own magnificent collection of beasts and take them into battle. The secret to taking over the leaderboards is how you treat your monster pet. Beast Brawler has a provisional playscore of 8.99.
Instead of the usual heroes and bipedal machines that rumble around the battlefield, Hovercraft Battle Arena is basically just an arena-based hovercraft game.
Enter in 3 versus 3 multiplayer battles with you and your friends. The game’s unique take on the MOBA genre puts you in a very tricky place. Watch your shields and manage your ammo as you collect and upgrade your hovercraft to its optimal degree. Its real-physics gameplay offers a stunning way to experience its futuristic dogfights. It has a Provisional playscore of 9.17.
Much like the rest of the Hero Brawler genre, Returners is a 5 versus 5 MOBA that features historical icons such as Robin Hood, Cleopatra, Theseus, Hercules and more. They each have unique abilities that offer their own advantage in battle.
