Monster Hunter World and its expansion, Iceborne, reignited my love for Monster Hunter.

Honestly, I didn't think I'd enjoy World because I couldn't get the hang of the hunting horn, which was my main since I first used it in MH4U. But with encouragement and help from some friends, I decided to keep trying out and learning how to use different weapons. I've always been a one type of weapon hunter but in this game, I've learned how to be a little more experimental with my weapon choices.

The graphics in the game are phenomenal and there are a lot of quests to do in the game. At first, I thought that the grind would be really bad and it would get boring immediately. But I've really enjoyed the quests they've added, especially those made for hub hunting (Kulve Taroth and Safi'jiva). The weapon mechanics have been reworked so that most weapons are easy to pick up but still challenging to master.

I also really enjoyed decorating my room. I love that my friends can visit my room so that I can show off my room. All in all, a really good game to play and definitely a great addition to the Monster Hunter franchise.
