Name: This game made me feel bad for pixels
Item: Not Tonight
Rating: 8.5

I was so enthralled by this game. It's basically like the Brexit version of Papers Please, except a lot more casual and has a lot more comedy built into it. But, that didn't make some of the decisions easier.

At first, it wasn't much about the decisions you made. It was more about surviving the days. I played it on my Switch so the screen was a little small for all the details you had to pay attention to in-game. That made it a little difficult. However, it was still an enjoyable experience. There are so many interesting characters and the world is pretty beautiful; detailed, even in its pixel format. Unlike Papers Please, it puts you right in the line. So, sometimes, you'll have to interact with two different lines, while making sure you get the VIPs inside in time. That's what made it a little more nuanced than its probable inspiration.

I played Papers Please, and while I enjoyed its dreary tone, if I had to choose one of these kinds of games to play, I'd choose Not Tonight any day.
