It took me a while to know I was actually doing the main game. For the first five levels, I was just waiting to get past the tutorials. Turns out, that was it. But it's not disappointing in any way. I loved the interactions and the puzzles really grew on me quickly. The difficulty can be a little uneven. You could get an easy level once and feel a little condescended to, and then get a hard one out of nowhere. Then again, the puzzles always seemed very satisfying to solve.

Maybe it's because I was playing on the Switch, but I didn't really mind the graphics. Sure, it could be considered dated. But the experience was a thrill anyway. Everything worked well, and I have no complaints.

I haven't played Portal 2 yet, but if the first one is this good, I can't wait to play the next. The Switch bundle is a lucky pickup.
