After playing for a few days...

Beautiful aesthetics, but the best way to play is by not actually playing but waiting. This might be expected of this genre, but the swift stall of active game play is curt.

This beautiful game is painstakingly stingy with currency, making advancing practically unattainable.

The amount of currency needed to expand refining/constructing right off is indescribably unproportional to earned profit over time.

So far, "Science points" are essentially useless yet easy to rack up, of course. They're only used to level up astronauts after you win the astronaut twice in a drawing. (Yes, by chance.) To even draw costs "relics", seemingly the only reward meagerly earned by general leveling up, which also have to be carefully split with the cost of leveling up (not expanding) refining/constructing production.

The interface? Suffocating at best, with limited zooming and stiff field navigation.

The menus could still be functional at even a third of their size, instead of taking almost half of the screen. The overwhelming size of the menus makes keeping track and strategizing between them all the more difficult. For the size of menus, "production" has no indicative labeling, so now I'm just going by "purple" "white" "orange" to keep track of production.

Best part? There is no consolidated output numbers on your raw materials to allocate your measly earnings properly, so you have to select each deposit to add it up yourself with the stifling field view.

To sum it all up, this aesthetically pleasing game provides seemingly fruitless labor with stifling functionality out the gate, showing potential assuming its not been 2 years since its been out, but you know. This game will only dissuade anyone interested trying this genre.
