This game just didn’t resonate with me as much as I thought it would.

I really loved What Remains of Edith Finch, so someone recommended this to me as the gameplay and storytelling style is similar. I guess I had my hopes up too high.

The story will resonate with many but when I played it, while I understood it, it didn’t make me feel as strongly as I thought it would. Still good though. I think it’s an important story to tell.

I may replay this one day and have different thoughts/feelings… but for now this is how it is.

It’s so affordable when it’s on sale. Next time you are in the mood for interactive storytelling/walking simulators, do give it a try. It might touch you as it had many others.

About the title of this review, during the first few minutes of the game, you may get the impression that this is a horror game. It’s not. …or is it? No jumpsacres tho!
