First of all I'm 59 years old I'm disability and I thought I'll download a game to earn a little extra money and occupy my time. The word Cherry Ruby just jumped out at me and I read it and decided to download it and it is a fun game. Took a while but got up to $50 and quite a few coins to cash out and then a big lock showed up on the screen and I was locked out of the account. Sent multiple emails to them for help they never returned any. Decided to read the reviews over 5,000 people have the same problem as me being locked out when it's time for them to redeem their winnings. No return emails from the developers.people are talking about a lawsuit me I don't want to be involved with it but I think someone should really get out these people and tell them they should really do what's right and reward everybody that has downloaded their game and honor their request since as they stated you win this in that and then they don't want no one deceive in them how can anyone deceive them when all we do is scratch cards and spin the wheel they're deceiving all of us.that is not right at all do what is right in reward everybody that has left you messages that you never get back to and by the way your email is a fraudulent email.
