_Time played:_ **_196 hours_**

After that time I stopped playing and couldn't launch it anymore... First of all, I stopped, because after playing FIFA 17, FIFA 19, FIFA 20, FIFA 21 & now FIFA 22 I just couldn't continue or even find the reason why to play anymore.

The first few hours were pretty decent, liked it a slightly more than the last year FIFA (21), but actually the same problems emerged after a few months in. Premier League is still way too overpowered, market is totally f'd up, if you're EA's/FIFA's sweetheart you can get special cards and even TOTWs for literally no reason, etc. They literally gave Neymar TOTW after hitting his very first goal in the season (like 2 months in) and they weren't bothered that he played worse than Luuk de Jong for FC Barcelona. Honestly, this game is just a genius cash-grab.

Let's talk about a gameplay... Gameplay is pretty good, actually this year we could feel a decent progress when it comes to passing and being way more realistic. What's a good thing and also a bad thing is that FIFA's gameplay is way too easy to get into. My friend started playing FIFA for the first time in his life and in 2 months he was pretty decent and could easily compete in the 4th division. I was every year since FIFA 19 the highest division and did pretty well in basically every Weekend League (FUT Champions), but this year I hardly could find a decent reason to boot up a game. With a relatively cheap team (750k) I could easily beat anyone and hit my first Elite division in less than two weeks, although I started after the game was out for a while. What I wanted to say and declare is that it doesn't matter if you're experienced player or a newbie, you basically can do pretty well and compete in the highest ranks and/or divisions and this game will actually sometimes let you win, although you really shouldn't.

Promos, special events, etc. are basically a well planned cash-grab, but they're also welcomed, 'cause it would've been pretty boring game with the same cards for the whole year, so that's a plus.

Last thing what I want to mention is PC video/quality settings. I don't see pretty much any change (and I don't think there's any change) between 22 and 20-21, but that's also a kinda good thing, 'cause you can run it on cheaper setup, but also you won't get that "current gen vibe", so judge for yourself.

_I feel like_ **_6.70 is truly justified_** _and if you are a returning player or you do know the game, you will agree after playing for a few hours. It's still the best PC football (/soccer) game out there, don't get me wrong, but it does need a reality check for some ratings and players._
