This is a classic game for a reason. Every single character is viable, and now that there's rollback netcode you can play anyone in the world with little-to-no lag. It's a timeless classic, and I would probably call it the greatest fighting game of all time. Let's hope Guilty Gear Strive as it evolves will reach this tier.
