"PGA Tour 2K23 on the PS5 was an intriguing venture for me, especially considering I'm not much of a golf enthusiast. The inclusion of Steph Curry, known primarily for his basketball prowess, adds a unique twist to the game, making it appealing even to those outside the traditional golf fan base.

The game shines in its realistic graphics and physics, which the PS5 handles impressively, offering an immersive golfing experience. The courses are beautifully rendered, and the attention to detail in the environments adds to the overall enjoyment. The controls are intuitive, making it accessible even for someone like me, who isn't a regular player of golf games.

However, as someone not deeply invested in golf, I found some aspects of the game less engaging. The career mode, while comprehensive, can feel a bit daunting due to its depth and complexity. This might be a positive for golf enthusiasts but can be overwhelming for casual players or newcomers to the sport.

The gameplay, focusing heavily on precision and patience, is a true representation of golf but may not resonate with players looking for a more fast-paced or action-packed gaming experience. Additionally, while the inclusion of celebrities like Steph Curry is a novel feature, it feels somewhat gimmicky and doesn't fundamentally change the core golfing experience.

Despite these points, PGA Tour 2K23 on the PS5 offers a solid and authentic golf simulation. Its accessibility and high-quality presentation make it enjoyable, even for someone who isn't a golf fan. The game serves as a pleasant introduction to the sport, though its appeal might vary depending on your interest in golf."
