Shortcomings aside, Stick it to The Man is an amusing, albeit short, experiment of the point-and-click variety. The puzzles balance challenging the player and complimenting the world its characters inhabit. The tongue-in-cheek banter between Ray and the strangers he encounters are always witty, and carefully teeter the line of appropriate and outlandish. If clever and bizarre is what you’re looking for, that’s exactly what you’ll get with Stick it to The Man.
Stick it to the Man could definitely benefit from a little more ambition in terms of game design, but with this little adventure, Zoink! has shown that they're capable of great things. If you miss the strangely illogical logic and lovable freaks from the golden era of adventure games, Stick will definitely bring you back to those days when we pointed and clicked our ways through the most oddly captivating stories of video game history.
Stick It to the Man will make you laugh, and then it’ll be gone. The game’s short story and lack of additional content mean that this is a trip that you can take in a single evening – but its originality makes it more than worth the ride. Indeed, while this zany affair may be fleeting, its characters and dialogue will stick with you long after the credits roll, and that’s reason enough to engross yourself in its wacky world.
