Much like its hero, Stealth Inc. could easily blend into a lineup of samey-feeling puzzle-platformers at a glance, but on closer examination it finds ways to conspicuously impress and entertain. Its stealth and puzzle mechanics are first rate, but its foreboding look and feel are what really set it apart. This is not one you want to miss.

Due to the fact each level is fairly short, Stealth Inc. has instant pick-up-and-play appeal and its familiar controls make it very accessible. As such, it suits Vita much more than PS3 because you can play it on the move in short bursts rather than spending a huge chunk of time in one go getting frustrated. Make no mistake about it, Stealth Inc. is a challenging game and as a result you’ll either love it and fight tooth and nail to get to the top of the leaderboards, or want to forget that you ever bought it within ten minutes of booting it up.

If you’re in need of a good trial and error experience that deals heavily with concealing yourself in the dark, then Stealth Inc. has your number. While this certainly didn’t captivate me as much as other puzzle games have in the past, complete with a disappointing menu system and lacking boss designs, there’s still a certain charm that radiates from the package. Even with its faults, Stealth Inc. is a thought-provoking experience that should give most gamers a run for their money.
