Summary
F1 2013 features all the cars, stars and circuits from the 2013 FIA Formula One World Championship plus -- for the first time -- classic content. F1 Classics is an expansive new game mode, introduced by legendary broadcaster Murray Walker, in which you’ll race legendary drivers in famous cars on iconic circuits from the 1980s. This classic content can be played in a range of modes including split-screen and online multiplayer.

While F1 2013 is certainly improved over 2012, like the subtle new lighting effects, most of those changes don't make for substantial additions. The move to include features from past eras is a promising step for the future of the series, but carving out half of that content as DLC leaves the remainder as a briefly entertaining pit stop before moving on to business as usual.
It's pole position once again for Codemasters' F1, despite a lack of any real, meaningful changes over F1 2012 beyond the addition of F1 Classics. F1 2013 is still a superb racer, but we're expecting big things for next year. Go! Go! Go!
F1 2013 delivers the best experience the franchise has offered to date.
